I have on several occasions informed YGP that hackers have taken customers details, names telephone numbers and business name. scammers have called repeatedly , and emailed using the YGP logo asking me to log in, to verify my account, I always hang up ,but someone not as savvy could fall for this scam, and give out bank details. YPG have failed to give any reassurances that they are dealing with this matter. Not a happy customer, and as soon as my contract ends am switching.

Initial bill was incorrect as there was an issue with initial readings not matching those supplied by previous supplier. These correct figures were got from previous supplier by us and sent to YGP to correct the initial billing. Also subsequent readings have been sent with accompanying photos as requested to correct and yet all subsequent invoices have been the same as the initial amount. This issue has been raised with YGP on several occasions and we were promised an amended bill. This has still not arrived despite being chased. In general, customer service is very poor and emails can take up to a week to be replied to (if replied at all). A shocking first experience of this company.

Our bills have been consistently over estimated by £200 a month which we cannot afford to pay. I am constantly harrassed by phonecalls, texts and emails hounding me for money even after I have recently paid. No one seems to communicate within the company re- payments, meter readings, payment plans etc. It's been an absolute nightmare! I am not at all happy

Terrible communication. We have a faulty meter that isn't offering readings, yet the next appointment to replace is 2 months away despite having raised the issue a month ago.

Rude, and very Unprofessional. They have been messing around with my bill for months, trying to take payments out on wrong days and still trying to take the full balance even though I have a plan set up. This then leads to the Direct Debit canceling as it bounces. Only to be made to feel like this is my fault. This has caused me soo much stress and the onset of Alopecia and causing me to lose a stone due to stress. I don't know how long I can continue with this. I try to leave but they won't let me due to the balance. The balance which may I add is caused by them as no matter how many times I sent my lease or contacted them it took them 6 months to set my account up. No sorry or reduction just straight to debt collection. AVOID unless you fancy getting Ill.

After suffering a prolapsed disc, I have been unable to work. We have always paid our bills, even without being able to work. We manage, even though it is difficult. but YGP have threatened to cut off our gas even though they are aware of my injury, we informed them the account will be paid in full at the end of the month, and they send around a agent to push a threatening letter in our door & not even in a envolpe. utter utter bullies
