YGP review and thank you message for Gary
I can’t thank Gary enough for the excellent customer service I’ve just received.
After receiving my bill today, which was significantly higher than expected, I called YGP and spoke with Gary. He treated me with calmness and respect throughout our conversation.
Gary patiently explained what had happened — it turned out I had entered an incorrect meter reading. He took the time to correct my mistake, resubmitted an accurate bill, and even advised me on how best to manage my account going forward.
I honestly wish every company had someone as kind, patient, and helpful as Gary, especially in what can sometimes feel like a daunting world of energy bills.
