Verrassende leuk ervaring. De pakket is niet alleen van thuis opgehaald maar ook kwam de bezorger met de adres stickertjes mee. Had ik niets te doen behalve leg het klaar.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Bought a few times from them, but quality of service has been dropping. Last time items arrived 1 full week later than promised. This time estimated delay was 2.5weeks compared to promised date.
Customer is taken for granted. Delay information is not proactively provided, but obtained only upon asking a couple of times.
Luckily refund was immediate when i informed that i was not willing to wait so long.
