I could not get the games to load. Kept getting an error message stating unable to convert to USD and to contact support,which i did. First time only got a reply Wanting to rate their service. Nothing whatsoever had been done to correct the problem.

So i wrote them again explaining this and requesting help again staring i would rate their service appropriately after they fix the issue and at that point they get 0 stars untill they did.

I waited another week and nothing Was addressed and the same issue persisted . Again i reached out to them and got a reply wanting me to send a screenshot of the issue to that person on facebook ,( though i sent a screenshot the 2 previous times requesting help ) I sent a screen shot explaining i no longer had facebook and that i had just received 17 yes 17 emails in a row all exactly the same asking for a rating of their service and i heard nothing more from them.

The issue with the games not loading persisted only difference was i stopped getting my daily log in bonus as well. Which sits at 7 or 8 dollars that i can't even play because they failed to fix the issue i was having with games not loading. Its been over two weeks and no daily bonus now either. Now ill rate their service..It royally sucks. You don't deserve one star and im being nice telling you how worthless your site and support are

Im sorry. But 17 emails wanting ratings and ignorance to fix the issue bout says it all.

Been waiting to redeem for over 2 weeks now after being told 2-3 business days

Not much to say. This is a textbook scam site. I attempted a $100+ redeem but there is no way to setup a redemption method. Contacted Customer Support but zero response.

This online casino is a SCAM. Half of the time the site does not load or work at all. The other half of the time you cannot get verified no matter how hard you try. This is all to prevent you from ever getting anything to cash out any winnings and they also just updated their terms and conditions so you can’t file a lawsuit if they don’t pay you!

Very difficult to make a purchase. After finally figuring out how to pay through Zelle I see it's associated with a dipakraj2022 at gmail.com. Not quite an official email. I believe this site is not legit. Don't risk your money.

I’ve had a terrible experience with World War Casino trying to redeem my winnings. Initially, they told me there was an internal error with the Plaid redemption option and assured me it would be fixed in 48 hours. It’s now been over a week, and the issue is still unresolved.

I provided my cash app acct and my paypal account to them bc they claimed they could deposit into, but they later backtracked and said they couldn’t process the redemption that way either

When I followed up, they said I could only redeem via crypto or Zelle. However, their website doesn’t even offer a Zelle option, and I don’t use crypto. They then suggested I use a family member’s Zelle account, which felt extremely unprofessional and questionable.

They’re still insisting on crypto or Zelle, yet I’ve no real solutions.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend World War Casino to anyone based on how they’ve handled my situation. Proceed with caution if you’re considering using their platform.

I was scared since I read the reviews here about 24-27 hours ago however I wrote them an email inquiring about my usdc withdrawal and I got a reply a few hours ago i just checked before bed and boom mj 600 minus 6 bucks for gas fees is there in my wallet! I have never spent money here so they hold up to everything a sweepstakes casino needs to be for me their games range from booming games(,which paid the 600) to evo games idk if i saw many other providers but those two have some crazy slots just with those two provides I love the neon Tetris one by Evo and tbh I couldn't tell you the one I hit on by booming was sleepy and hitting woke me up, anyhow i give these guys full support just don't do dumb stuff like multiple people at same address or try to cheat and these guys are awesome ! I was referred by a friend who told me that he signed up played with the free money and was able to successfully cashed out $12 via BTC. So I decided to give a go, and after signing up I played for quite a bit but after leaving the BAD SANTA slot, every game I try to play now gives me an error whenever I attempt to play. Sometimes even though it’s an error, money still gets deducted from my balance and doesn’t return. As of now my account is disfunctional, I left a message via their website contact support page but I’m not so confident whether I will get a reply or not. I have never seen their live chat with support option ever being available. From what I see online it looks like nobody ever gets a response from them either.

Signup and level 2 verification was easy and quick. That’s the ONLY pros.
I was offered 30SC for 9.99. After making the ETH crypto deposit, my purchase history in my player account showed the purchase and my deposit was fully confirmed on the blockchain. It’s been over 5 hours and I NEVER received any SC or GC in my player balance. Wild World Casino straight up took my money and never gave me what I purchased.
I emailed them 3 times, messaged them on their website & messaged them on Facebook. I NEVER received a reply to any one of these methods. The live chat is NEVER online so that’s not an option.
My advice would be to deposit your money somewhere else if you don’t want to just give it away. Very disappointing that a new place would be so dishonest.

UPDATE: This morning I received the purchased SC in my player account, BUT I have yet to receive any correspondence from customer support. My star rating remains the same. Crypto deposits are most often instant, especially when depositor pays network fees. This was prolonged by Wild World Casino for an unknown reason(s).

I'm only Giving them a two because they do have a variety of games and I enjoyed the experience. But when it comes to verification and redeeming your winnings that's a no-go and that's a thumbs down I would expect for a casino to be more professional and not so dishonest
My experience with them when I went to go to redeem my winnings of $100.33 was every time I go to the get verified it kept on telling me unable to identify and plus they wouldn't even let me upload my driver's license or bank statement . The beginning of the process of the driver's license and all that but it would not go to it it always go straight to what's your name address birthday damn phone number is well with you got a code for and I would put my code in and it verify my phone number and then it would say unable to identify the next thing is I was going to log back in didn't have my password so they sent me a reset password THROUGH MY EMAIL BUT IT WOULD NEVER LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD I did it again and then it tells me MY EMAIL was not registered just so I'm not crazy I go and try to register but guess what that MY EMAIL IS ALREADY REGISTER make it make sense I don't have a counter OR I do have an account. I have a screenshot of everything proof of my purchase I made the day I won the money etc. I wish I knew who could help me out with situation . Right is right and wrong is wrong. Just like I had to pay to play you need to pay me my money winnings.💯

I should have known. Wild world casino has no reviews. I can’t believe I let them take my money. There is a difference in having trouble with cashing out like a lot of people do in certain casinos but wild world just straight up took my money and gave me however many sc they wanted. So there is a purchase when you first sign up that gives you 30 sc for 9.99. I made that purchase and it even shows where I should have received 30 for the 9.99. Well I got 10 and I have been messaging them for weeks now and they won’t even respond. I’ve gotten a few emails that wanted me to rate my customer service. REALLY!!!!! I didn’t have any customer service. Well I did get an email back pretty cryptic but with no help or even mention of my problem. I keep putting in my emails that all they have to do is just look and they will see I did t get it. Nothing still. Stay AWAY. I REPEAT STAY AWAY. They are cons.
