I just want to update my previous review. Im happy to say that i am now fully verified on splash coins thanks to Roy support supervisor and all of support. And im very happy about that and want to sincerely thank them.
I had a 100 SC i was hoping to redeem. After i wrote the first review i was skeptical and about gave up so i was going to play it out and walk away. I did start playing it and was down to around 65 and 100 is the min. redemption. However i again heard from support , Roy. I replied back explaining my issues and shared a little about the problem of Bell Palsy from my research.
So i remained hopeful.. I even got a nice win with the SC i had left that put me 20.00 back above the min.. . I put in for a 100.00 redemption today to my skrill account. . So i know you can win on the site,
Their relatively new and haven't got a huge game selection yet ,but im sure that will expand.. no issues other than issues with the face scan because of my bell palsy., Overall im happy with the site at this time. . i praise support for their continued efforts and resolving the issue.
I'm giving them 4 stars for now. We'll see how seamless the redemption process goes and hopefully see them expand their game library. And I'll be playing there some more. 4 stars is more than i would give most of the sites i have been playing at and I'll be hoping splash coins will put the others to shame.
i now have good reason to chang my outlook and initial review for them. ill be sharing my positive experience with other like minded players. If your looking for a new site to play, give splash coins a try.

I don't know about this site. I have been trying to get verified for nearly 2 weeks now. I upload scans of my ID card front and back just fine. Then it goes on to a face scan which for the life of me i can not get to work. It says under maintenance. Yet the continue button works so I'm not sure.
I have been afflicted with bell palsy since my ID photo was taken which causes one side of my face to sag and difficulty with eye movement on that side.
I have written support with my concerns multiple times explaining it all each time .Vincent the support Rep has been in touch and is fully aware of my issues and asked that i bear with them . And i have.
I have followed all recommendations, been patient,understanding, keeping my composure through it all. But it's been 2 weeks with no end in sight, i stressed this to Vincent the last time i contacted them. That I'm growing weary and my patients are wearing thin. I explained i had a small redemption of $100.00 i would like to get out and that as a newer site i am evaluating their worth and would like to give a fair assessment of their site .
I also said the frustration of it all is not worth the trouble and I'd likely just walk away if something is not made right soon . Well I've now reached that point. I dont look t ever seeing my winnings, got nothing good to say about support as far as resolving issues
. i have even made a good gesture purchase after the fact of all this happening. On top of the purchases i made before. Now i feel it was all a waste of money ,time and I'm now filled with regret that i ever gave them a chance to begin with
. Nor can not, in good faith recommend them to anyone. They get 2 stars barely. If they can fix the issue,get me verified and i get my redemption i may update this review ,but as of now im walking away.
Watch yourselves people this is really, really shady business type. And if you've read their T&C ,and the language used ,that alone should tell you their sure as hell doing some shady shit and don't trust any of them.
