Delayed redemption and excuses
Great platform however redemption is a hassle i submitted my redemption request on 3/30/25, and as of today, I still haven’t received my winnings. The confirmation email promised processing within 72 business hours (3 business days), but that deadline has long passed. Every time I contact customer service, I get the same copy-and-paste response about delays and being backed up. No real answers, no updates, and no accountability. If you’re thinking about using this service, be prepared for long waits and poor communication.
