Delayed redemption and excuses

Great platform however redemption is a hassle i submitted my redemption request on 3/30/25, and as of today, I still haven’t received my winnings. The confirmation email promised processing within 72 business hours (3 business days), but that deadline has long passed. Every time I contact customer service, I get the same copy-and-paste response about delays and being backed up. No real answers, no updates, and no accountability. If you’re thinking about using this service, be prepared for long waits and poor communication.

Delayed redemption and excuses! Take caution

I requested a redemption from Casino Click over 10 days ago, and all l've received are generic responses about "high volume delays." I've seen this script before from companies that have no intention of paying.
Instead of processing legitimate winnings in a timely manner, they keep stalling while hoping players give up.
If a company is quick to take deposits but slow (or unwilling) to honor withdrawals, that's a major red flag.
A reputable casino should have a smooth payout system, not force players to chase down their own money. If you're considering playing here, think twice— you might not see your winnings.

I also spoke with a supervisor who assured me i would get a email by today its 11:28pm no email so i reached out and no response now i can't even access the live support option the button is gone!

Not able to redeem


I’ve had a terrible experience with World War Casino trying to redeem my winnings. Initially, they told me there was an internal error with the Plaid redemption option and assured me it would be fixed in 48 hours. It’s now been over a week, and the issue is still unresolved.

I provided my cash app acct and my paypal account to them bc they claimed they could deposit into, but they later backtracked and said they couldn’t process the redemption that way either

When I followed up, they said I could only redeem via crypto or Zelle. However, their website doesn’t even offer a Zelle option, and I don’t use crypto. They then suggested I use a family member’s Zelle account, which felt extremely unprofessional and questionable.

They’re still insisting on crypto or Zelle, yet I’ve no real solutions.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend World War Casino to anyone based on how they’ve handled my situation. Proceed with caution if you’re considering using their platform.

Scammed out of buying a promotional package with no rewards

Bought a promotional package on 11/30 for 19.99 was supposed to rcv 25 free spins never received. Reached out to support more times than i want to admit and have been getting the run around saying its being escalated then sayinf oh clear your cache it should be there then went on to say its on the coin up game check it (not there) then another agent said its on a different game so at this point im thinking they just telling me anything! Horrible service!

UPDATE : STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED FREE SPINS!!

UPDATE: Thank you for addressing the issue after a few attempts. I’m updating my review because I do enjoy the platform overall and appreciate the effort to resolve the problem.
