Banned for literally no reason... asked around and many others have said the same. They won't respond to me, trying to figure out their business name as need to do a chargeback, these sneaky scammers.

EDIT: They unbanned me, still suss. Plus their game selection is the worst of all social casinos.

This is a SCAM, they have a 10x playthrough requirement they try to sneak into their TOS.

Trash company, trash proxy. They use to be good years ago, now not so much. My recent proxy Worked great the first few days. Then it went downhill and It will work one minute, then not the other. Load one website, not load the next, have to continue to refresh.

Logged in daily for 8 months, made two purchases (9.98 for 31.25sc), yet still limited to the BS 5.3 rule or whatever.

I think the free play rule is dumb, but even so it should have been a 51.25 redemption. 25 max for the free daily play 5.3 rule and 31.25 from the SC I BOUGHT .

It was a great casino, but then then just suspended me out of the blue I guess for winning too much?

They offer 20sc for referrals, but no matter how many you have, you will only receive 25sc, lol what a joke. Same goes with daily. So the casino is essentially useless since even if you win big, they will say you used your free play coins and only payout 25sc

Probably the worst interface I've ever used. By interface I mean UI / dashboard / whole front end of the product. It seems like they tried to get "too cool". The old original one was much better and simple. They are also cheapskates bc their AI agent SUCKS and does everything it can to not connect you to a human. They will not make it in the long run, crappy company. Terrible devs.

They denied me the $300 bonus as they did not accept my Mercari ACH deposit as payroll, even though they are my employer. I mean its 1099, but still. 20+ other banks have rightfully acknowledged my Mercari deposit correctly as payroll, so this is a sad first.

Had to message for them to push payout. Games really suck on here though.

Can't cash out. They've rejected all 3 of my banks with this response

Update: They BANNED me cause I left this review most likely lmao, unserious business. Really sucks this space isn't regulated. It's okay though, my 110sc loss will be others who read this gain + all the bad publicity they will receive in my discord as well as other i'm in. AVOID, this casino.

Multiple people logged into my account and drained my SC. I believe Moozi had a leak as there we're about 10 different logins from different locations in the span of a few hours. Moozi said that nothing suspicious about my account happened and that it was me that played the SC ... LOL, what a joke. Makes me think they leaked my info on purpose. None of my other 60+ casinos we're logged into and drained... only Moozi.

They closed my account with 127SC saying I had another account. Do not remember ever opening an account here.

Use to be good, now it's looking like a scam. I am blocked from buying (I know as I have tried 7 different cards), support is none existent, no daily essentially and i'm stuck at 97sc, so can't cash out as you need 100. SCAM stay away

Update: They finally responded to me and gave a solution so 3 stars instead of 1 lol

None of my ACH deposits are counting as direct deposits. Waste of my time, unserious banking service.

My redemption doesn't work. Have tried 3 different cards and banks (different devices, different wifi, etc). Support is no help, don't think they understand english. Have been going back and forth with them for a month now. Don't understand why I can't just send them my bank info and they manually input it on their end. Once again, they are either dumb as bricks, don't understand english or both...

Just wasted hours trying to strategically play through 500sc off of the 100sc they gave me on $50 purchase , since they make you playthrough 5x, such BS. You can't use any table games or rinse like games. Very scammy practice, but this is an unregulated space so they can do any scam like tactics they want sadly.
