Be careful with the logistic company

In general customer service is good and they have helpful staff. But they work with the most worst delivery company ever - Dynalogic. Ask to use another company before ordering something.

I bought a diswasher from Veiligkopen and delivery was done by Dynalogic. They had to come 4 times to able to install the dishwasher. Each time the staff had some difficulties to remove the old machine and I had to fix it myself and make new appointment. At the 4th time, they finally made it.

During the installation, the installer put the tape on the wall and I immediately warned that It can damage tje wall. The staff was so sure not to damage the paint but in the end the paint has gone. They took the picture and said to me that at the end of the day they will discuss the problems with their managers and I will be called within a few days.

After about one week I called the company that I bought the dishwasher and informed them about the situation. And after mailing a few times, I got a response that Dynalogic doesn't have this report in their system and I informed Veiligkopenkopen about 1 week later. So, Dynalogic thinks I lie to them and and trying to get the paint damage repaired which is actually not made by them.

Normally I would not struggle on that small/stupid damage. But It is about professionalism. And the mistake was made although I warned them.

I was convinced to be called back but apparently staff did not inform their manager, maybe not to get any penalty or something else but at the end I became victim.

I am quite unsatisfied and will never want to work again with Dynalogic.

Bewere the 'Leverbaar op bestelling'…

Bewere the 'Leverbaar op bestelling' accompaneed by a green V sign! It is hiding a very misleading notice that acually means the exact opposite - the item need to be ordered from the supplier, and delivery date is unknown. We are waiting for over a month now, and the represetatives kept claiming "next week" or even "this week" the whole time.

Really good communication. We needed exchange and it was arranged immediately, the next day we received a new appliance.

Poor communication

Fridge was delivered last Saturday as agreed.

To my surprise, the delivery guys refused to bring the fridge into the apartment, which is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator but with wide stairs.

While I admit that I should have read the delivery conditions on your website beforehand, and thus know in advance that they do not deliver extra large appliances such as the fridge I purchased to the floor unless there is a big enough elevator, you will agree with me that not informing the customer about such condition before, during or after the moment of purchase is no proper way to conduct a business.

Edit: after 6 days, no reaction to this review nor to my email. Buyers beware, this is the kind of company that disappears after they got your money.

Everything with products is ok

Everything with products is ok. Delivery was on time as we expected, but I am unhappy with the additional service (unpacking and connecting the washing machine). I paid for that during the ordering process, but the monter took again more than 20 Euro without any word of explanation.

Perfect cost-wise deal combined with perfect service which I shall use again for my next purchase.

Dear Friend,
Absolutely smashing ! Imagine : I ordered a combined micro-wave oven one day at 15:55 and it was delivered next morning at 07:30. The device was payable at reception, after checking - not beforehand.
The staff I dealt with by mail was quick in responding, knowledgeable, patient, to the point and extremely kind. The deliverers were of the same league.
Last but not least : the best quality/price ratio I could find on the web.
Don't hesitate : go ahead and find out by yourself !
