Be careful with the logistic company
In general customer service is good and they have helpful staff. But they work with the most worst delivery company ever - Dynalogic. Ask to use another company before ordering something.
I bought a diswasher from Veiligkopen and delivery was done by Dynalogic. They had to come 4 times to able to install the dishwasher. Each time the staff had some difficulties to remove the old machine and I had to fix it myself and make new appointment. At the 4th time, they finally made it.
During the installation, the installer put the tape on the wall and I immediately warned that It can damage tje wall. The staff was so sure not to damage the paint but in the end the paint has gone. They took the picture and said to me that at the end of the day they will discuss the problems with their managers and I will be called within a few days.
After about one week I called the company that I bought the dishwasher and informed them about the situation. And after mailing a few times, I got a response that Dynalogic doesn't have this report in their system and I informed Veiligkopenkopen about 1 week later. So, Dynalogic thinks I lie to them and and trying to get the paint damage repaired which is actually not made by them.
Normally I would not struggle on that small/stupid damage. But It is about professionalism. And the mistake was made although I warned them.
I was convinced to be called back but apparently staff did not inform their manager, maybe not to get any penalty or something else but at the end I became victim.
I am quite unsatisfied and will never want to work again with Dynalogic.
