I’ve smoked cigars from supermarkets on occasion and thought it would be a good time to give a proper cigar from a real shop a go. I’ve never felt so welcomed and comfortable being a first timer in a place like this one. A lovely salesman called Josh walked me through everything and answered any questions I had, gave me recommendations and really made me feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back to try some different ones, great experience!

I've received my first order from the online shop and I think the service was impressive. There was a palaver during payment, caused by my bank and my own eccentricities, during which the sales team were impeccably polite and helpful.They sent the items,which were exactly as depicted on the website,very well packaged, on the same day I ordered. They were delivered 3 days later. The only delay was caused by Royal Mail taking them to the wrong local office or they would have been received 2 days later. I will certainly shop again soon.

Turmeaus have a great selection of products, great prices and great service, i would recommend them to anyone.

Fast and effient delivery... However.. Bought x2 pots of nicotine pouches killa mango ice and killa strawberry lychee. My own fault I should have read the description, advertised as out of date( thought what a great deal so cheap 2.50 per pot) . Do not purchase. Disgusting taste slight nicotine hit not worth the price.

As always fantastic customer service both from the online team and the Great Yarmouth team tried one of the new range of cigars yesterday but unfortunately the cigar decided it would rather fall apart but this was not a problem for the team they reached out to me and replaced the cigar and I can honestly say that it is smoking like a dream
I have said it before and I will say it again many companies out there could learn a thing or two about customer service from you guys please keep up the fantastic work

I have dealt with turmeaus at least a couple of times before as they have a good wide choice. Plenty of well written information on each product, helping to give me an informed choice (I’m still quite new to cigars).
Excellent mail order service which is fully trackable, which I like.
Would recommend for beginners and experienced alike.

Called at the Leeds shop, was very impressed. Helpful staff, good selection.
Bought a few on line the same night, delivered in couple of days.
They were well packaged.
Will use again and really want to try the sampling room.

I have made 2 cigar orders now online and both times I have been informed when they have been dispatched and both times they have safely arrived un damaged by Royal Mail . So an excellent order delivery service all round plus great cigars 👍

Popped into the liverpool shop, staff excellent, especially the lady on reception very friendly. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgable. My wife and I had a rum and I had a regius limitado wide churchill. The reason for 4 stars not 5, was the sampling lounge felt like a stock room with a lot of cardboard boxes flat packed and stacked, also plastic sorting trays stacked. The extraction system didn't seem that good, there was only myself and one other smoker, but the room soon filled with smoke. I have been buying cigars from there sister company cgars Ltd for many years and this was the first opportunity to visit a store. I was slightly disappointed, but it will not put me off, as the product quality was excellent and the level of customer service too.

Popped into this shop in Chester and asked for a mild cigar that you can put between your teeth and smoke like an American General in a world war two film. Well, they didn't disappoint. Great cigar as a result of good advice. I have since ordered two more cigars from their website, and they came in a couple of days. It was really easy to order and arrived in excellent condition. Good cigars are hard to find, so I am really glad I found this place.
I would definitely recommend this shop and website.

Everything about this company, is just Excellent, such a great site to order from. So many quality products to choose from & if your a cigar novice & none smoker, they have many Light products to choose from & believe me, with an Irish Whisky, they have the best Cigars I've ever smoked. Will never ever shop for my Cubans, anywhere else. I even buy my brother some & he very impressed to. So take a Cuban, with Turmeaus & you will be Blown away ?

Easy website to follow. Products despatched promptly and even free delivery only takes a couple of days. Great to have a shop in Great Yarmouth for when I am on holiday.
