Misleading communications

Received an email saying provisionally approved and a button to click saying ‘view your quote’. Logged in to view and nothing apparent so requested a call back. Transpires it was in fact a ‘call us’ and no quote actually existed.

Very frustrating company… but no option!

Submitted a second request for retirement figures. Having had a response to my last experience/review from member support offering assistance I chose to copy them in.
Received the automated response asking for identify details, I responded immediately with them.
Then received a request from member support asking for the same details, and again I supplied them.
Then received an email from the person tasked with producing the figures…. Asking again for the figures, and again I supplied them.
Then received an automated response asking for the details for a fourth time.
Unbelievably frustrating!

Appalling service… err.. No service.

Still for a response around AVC’s since November 2024.
Still waiting for retirement figures requested at the beginning of July 2025.
Contacted them numerous times.
I escalated my issue a week ago to Sophia Cosgrove, head of customer complaints, and both CEO’s (Ben Bramhall and Paul Cuff). No response from any of them (other than an out of office from Bramhall). If the top three people can’t grip this or respond then I guess there is no hope for the rest f the organisation.

Taken all day and now sat nav and MMI do not work. …

Trying to update Audi sat nav since 9.30 this morning. It’s now 3.40pm. Activation bit finished but still says sat nav blocked and entire MMI system is messed up. The instructions supplied are inaccurate and despite two requests today they will not call me to offer help.

A great afternoon sampling a couple of cigars and whiskey. I’m still a novice and every time I leave I’ve learned a little bit more about cigars and seriously good whiskey.
Well looked after by Roy, Freddie, Sarah, and Hayley… as always.
If you’re thinking about it, go in and try it.

Purchased an air fryer amongst other things on 11th November. Waited until last week and rang to find out where it was, to be told it was lost and they would send another.
Today is 12th December and still waiting, and I reviewed an email from Lakeland asking me to leave a review, so here it is.

Poor

Longine watch was clearly not checked before being thrown in a damaged box and sent out. The crown will not pull out to adjust the date and the date adjustment crown is seized or closed so tightly that I cannot open it.
