Review of C.Gars Ltd
I visited all the cigar shops in St James's Street a couple of weeks ago but, I have to say C.Gars stood out. The knowledge, experience and wonderful customer service offered by Luiz was simply outstanding. I also got to meet Mitchell (the owner), who's a real class act and genuinely nice gentlemen. When I told Mitchell I came to know of CGars from my son who's their customer, he immediately responded with giving me his card, and extended an invitation for my son to join him for a cigar tasting....that kind of genuine customer care goes an awfully long way in today's world, thank you Mitchell.
