I ordered a Verona for 20.000€ and here is all the issues I had:
- The oak (interior cladding) arrived with stains on it, but well, I can at least manage to fix it.
- The driver of the led lighting came out of order (got replaced by them quite quickly)
- The wood that maintains the exterior bardage (exterior boxes) came completely bend. Not 1cm per meter but something like 5, even a child might see it. I had to clamp the rafters for 2-3 days before I could use them.
- The wooden lathing of the roof was also completely bend. Means that the EPDM over it couldn’t do its job correctly to lead the water to the right place (water evacuation). I had to build a complete 2nd roof over it with a correct tilt.
- The worst for the end: all (yes, ALL), wooden planks of all the exterior bardage was very very badly scratched. I have to paint the whole Verona in order to have a decent finish. A shame.
I sent them all pictures of my issues and they absolutely don’t care and proposed no solution/compensation. (Except, « repaint it », unbelievable).
For them, the problem is minimal.
20.000€, I repeat.
At least, the distributor who sold me the kit was great, I won’t give its name but I would go there again for another purchase.
