When my wood was delivered, some of the beams had cracks or were not straight. When I complained, I was simply told, sorry, wood is a product of nature and can have cracks and other issues. We won’t resolve this for you. But before the sale, the salesman said they would resolve any issues. Well, apparently they don’t. Very disappointing and reason to never buy anything from them again. Also another big package was delivered without prior notice. Also a problem that was not addressed.

Experienced some ordering/delivery issues which were solved without any difficulties. Great customer service.

Good stuff they sell, not too expensive and nice people, but one big disadvantage. You only get a date of delivery, not a time. Also they don’t call or text you when they are on their way. You have to stick home waiting by the door from 7 in the morning to 18 o’clock so to speak, or you will miss the delivery. That is an absolute no go. As for the rest, totally perfect.

I found all the required materials for my outdoor project at NuBuiten.nl at a fair price. The shopping experience was great, the available information was clear as well and the delivery indication was very transparent throughout the whole process.

The delivery itself was clearly communicated and the delivery person was friendly and helpful. The order was delivered completely and undamaged.

Overall this was a great experience for me!

I ordered a gazebo, after delivery one of the boxes was stolen. Nubuiten made a big effort in helping me out.

Good service after having contact with the customer service. They missed delivering some parts, but after having contacted them they send the specific products right away.

At first the order did not come through correct.

After a call within the same week all goods were delivered!

Excellent goods against a fair price with quick delivery.

The price was the best and the quality of the wood was good. Delivery was as confirmed.

Do not buy from these people, their delivery person put the heavy concrete posts on top of the wood panels causing the panels to crack and break. When I contacted them to report this they could not “see” the problem even when it was highlighted in multiple images. They refused to do anything and said they would charge me 150 euro to return. So now I’m stuck with a broken fence or down 150euro. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company

A shambles of a company. 6 weeks delivery delay. Item (Large Picnic Table) came without the screws to fix the item together. Weeks later they sent the wrong screws/bolts. 3 Months later we are still waiting for the correct items and they have not given us any compensation for the trouble. So we had to buy our our screws/bolts.

We were supposed to agree on a date for delivery, as mentioned on your website and also specified by e mail; instead it was delivered in my parking without prior notice during a period if absence and it could have been easily stolen! Fortunately not!

Rearview is one star only because there is no 0 rating. I believe that some companies are only interested in making quick money without considering their customers' satisfaction. And soon they will lose their customers' trust. However, my primary concern is the quality of their service before and after the sale.

Before buying the product, they appear to be efficient and professional. They respond to emails promptly, and they provide helpful advice about their scrap products. When you purchase a defective product, however, they will ignore your emails and calls.

My first issue with this company is that they delayed my order for two weeks, despite their website promising delivery within three to five business days. This delay caused me to incur extra costs for the workers that I had booked a month earlier.

When my order finally arrived, I discovered that the user manual was inadequate. It did not provide step-by-step instructions for building the townhouse, and there were too many types of nails without any indication of which to use. When a Dutch worker contacted the company to complain, they admitted their mistake.

The second issue was that some of the product pieces were defective or had holes, and the wood slats were cracked, which was not what I expected based on the website's misleading description.

The third issue was that the company did not send the order correctly, and some parts were missing. I had to purchase the missing parts myself rather than wait for the company to send them.

In conclusion, I advise everyone not to buy anything from this fraudulent company.

72 hours delivery time of items in stock? Or a "few days"? Of course when it is not too busy, otherwise you might need to wait for 3 weeks or longer like in my case (I am still waiting). And on top of that, they inform of the situation only if you call them after placing the order and being waiting...

Ik raad het gebruik van dit bedrijf niet aan. Ik bestelde een doe-het-zelf overkapping en ze maakten 4 verschillende fouten bij de bestelling. Ze stuurden me de verkeerde instructies, niet genoeg hout voor het project, ontbrekende schroeven en de dakbescherming die te klein was! Ik heb vele dagen verspild, inclusief het paasweekend vanwege hun incompetentie. Ze reageren traag en ik moest ze vaak bellen. Zoek een ander bedrijf voor uw tuinprojecten.

I do not recommend using this company. I ordered a DIY overkapping and they made 4 different mistakes with the order. They sent me the wrong instructions, not enough wood for the project, missing screws and the roof protection that was to small! I have wasted many days including the Easter weekend due to their incompetence. They are slow to react and I had to call them many times. Look for another company for your garden projects.
