Decking and montage service

We made use of Gadero decking as well as the montage service, the end result is amazing. The work was done so well, the final product looks really great, we are pleased with out new outdoor space. The only thing is that too many products were delivered which could not be used, an over estimation I think. Hopefully we are able to return these products.

Good service and good products

Everything I ordered came on the day they promised. There was some confusion with the delivery emails but after calling the customer service they checked and all was cleared. Delivery guy (bos dynamics) was also helpful. The wood is good quality. So overall experience couldn't be better.

If they cant deliver they are worthless

If they cant deliver they are not useful

I ordered some paving stones from them. The delivery time was slow but there is 500kg so I accepted this. Their initial communication was good but then I was passed onto Transmission who were chosen by Gadero to deliver. Transmission are a useless company and did not deliver; their track and trace was about as much use as a chocolate teapot and the upshot is that on Friday before I want to lay the stones, they are not here. Gadero should review their choice of courier as if their deliver company is bad then Gadero is bad. Having a good selection of products at good prices that they can't deliver is not very helpful. I would be better off with Gamma who at least can deliver.

Update: It is now 27th May, 11 days after my review and I have at last received my paving stones though one (out of 16) is broken. It is still usable since I have to cut some of them but not the quality I expected. Lesson learned, I will not order from them again.

Best Customer service

Best prices and best Customer support.
I already recommend Gadero to a friend. They like my new fence and they are currently looking for a new. Gadero will be a good Choice for them

"Gadero worked around my timeline with great service—just needs a more convenient return process!"

I recently ordered tiles from Gadero for a renovation and, like many, ended up with more than I needed. When I contacted Gadero about returning the extra tiles, they were incredibly accommodating. Despite my tight timeline, they worked around my schedule to make the return process hassle-free.

One area for improvement would be offering home pickup for returns, as the distance to their showrooms can be inconvenient. Syncing return logistics with delivery services or providing a more customer-friendly solution would really elevate the experience.

Overall, their excellent service and flexibility made my renovation experience much smoother—highly recommend!

Very satisfied

Website made it easy to find what I needed and order, prices are very competitive and they had items that were not available on other competitor sites. The materials are all of a high quality. Delivery was fast

Awful!! Avoid!!!

Awful!!! I would avoid purchasing from here at all costs. I ordered online at the direction of a customer service agent. Order was not delivered as scheduled and there was zero communication until I called them and there was no explanation! 5 hours later they finally rescheduled the delivery with the promise of an email with a delivery time window the following evening. Again, they failed and I had to call them back. Customer service cannot help you because they need a few hours to contact the delivery company, what a joke!!! If you are in the middle of a remodel and are dealing with multiple deliveries, contractors and other projects besides just the yard, do yourself a favor and avoid Gadero! They will only make you work harder and give you a headache!!! I do not recommend!!

No delivery, no communication

Ordered and paid for > 400 euro on wood, it never got delivered. They don't contact me, I always have to contact them.
Thanks for Mastercard to refund me.
This being said, I was a happy Gadero customer over the past years when delivery and service were excellent for my orders.
Something is going wrong in. this company. Don't order from Gadero.

Worthless customer service

Tried calling 5 times, mentions number of people waiting in line, after 20min and a couple seconds the call disconnects automatically. Wasted countless hours for insane bad service. Reason for calling is delay in delivery without any notice or message. Send message via fb messenger, via whatsapp, mail, and "contactform", worthless service.

Don't buy anything from Gadero!

They would deliver on the 2nd of April when I ordered with them. Then I got an e-mail that they would have a delay of two work days. A bit annoyed because I planned my vacation then, but I moved it. Two days, today, only one part of my order was delivered. I didn't receive any information about my second part of my order. So I called them, 20 minutes on hold, it was my turn and they just hung up the phone. Called them two times again after the first call, same story.

Update: after 5 phonecalls I could get someone on the phone and he told me that the delivery would be today, 11th of April. Today I called again because I didn't get a delivery notification and surprise surprise... It's not coming today either. They say they have stock issues and they can't tell me when they will deliver. I can't even begin to explain how unprofessional this organisation is. They told me I have to wait on a delivery notification... We spent a lot of money in this order. I can't stress this enough: Don't buy anything from Gadero!

Order was not delivered, no refund yet

I bought a sauna with them, I got a track & trace link with delivery date 24 February but it never arrived and I was not informed.
They said at least another month of waiting without confirmation on delivery date. I asked for the refund and after 4 working days I didn't get payment and no one in the office gives any explanation when I can expect my refund.
DO not trust this company

One item was missing from the order and…

One item was missing from the order and it was not even listed in the delivery note. I have sent three emails to the company asking about the missing item that I already paid for but didn't hear back from them. It has been 3 weeks now and I'm still wondering whether I will get refunded or not..

The company replied to my review so here is an update: I had made two orders, the other one is refunded but the other one with the order number 839001 is still missing a refund as far as I know. Still have not received any reply personally from the company after a one month of waiting time.

I wish (again) ai would have read the…

I wish (again) ai would have read the reviews before ordering. They have sent me the bamboo deck with 1000 clips and screws but no start/end clips. Customer support is appalling, no replies and seem to not understand what I need. Really do not recommend it.
