Bad service and no added value

Higher costs for hotels than the official sites' advertised costs. Beauracratic process, e.g. you have to email separately for flight and hotel bookings and fill out a form for hotel bookings every time. Unfriendly service. Quotations are often with errors.

Abominable

Not for the first, or the second, or the third time, I turned up at the hotel, booking confirmation from CTM in hand, to be told that the hotel had no record of my booking. I rang CTM, and was told that it had only been a provisional booking. I said "I am looking at your confirmation email, and the itinerary that you sent me, and nowhere on either do you say that the booking was provisional." "What would you like us to do?" CTM asked. I didn't tell them. I left the hotel (because they didn't have any rooms free), and found somewhere for myself.

Worst website ever

My company uses this website for corporate travel. It's the worst designed website you can think of, they could clearly do with a UX designer to take a look at it. Picking a hotel from the map that is close to the office I am visiting, you click on the little green pin and you assume that the hotel it comes up with is the actual hotel that's on that pinpoint. As I found out later (after booking), the hotel I booked isn't actually at that location but a 15 min walk away from where I need to be (instead of it being nextdoor). How difficult can this be?

If there was -10 score I would have…

If there was -10 score I would have rated it that. Worst company ever to have been given a huge responsibility of taking care of overseas stuck British citizens. They never respond to your emails never pick phone calls even if they pick hang up on you and never ever get back to you. Someone is definitely going to take them to court for wasting their time. They wasted my 2 months and after refusing me a booking made a collection agency chase me for an invoice which should have been cancelled at their end

CTM are scammers

CTM are scammers ! They may be a bona-fide vat registered company but they are scamming nonetheless, they charged an extra £650 for my baby son (toddlers are free over 12 year olds £650) they kept my card details and took the money out without invoicing me first, I appealed and they became unresponsive. I filed a fraud case against them with the bank and won, my money was returned and the bank blocked them from any further transactions because they class CTM as scammers. Although its not illegal to take money from someone's account without notice it is unethical and against the code of conduct set out by the FCA it's called an unauthorised transaction, only scammers operate like this, you'll need to contact your bank.

SCAM

Awful, terrible, ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Paid for my test - never received test results. I do not believe they actually processed it.
They have taken my money and ever since I have lost hours on the phone to unhelpful people palming me off, telling me to email then not replying to my email.

Thousands of pounds stolen from my bank

How much money has been taken illegally by this companies irresponsible call centres in india. I myself had been trying to make an online and received no confirmation regarding a qurantine booking. people have been ripped off due to Corporate Travel management and their unprofessional attitude. Seeing is believing. It's been bad and only got worse from the initial booking. After numerous attempts to make a quarantine booking no confirmation received.Had to change flights twice, lost money twice to be told "No quarantine rooms available in London, please rebook your flights!!" No one responded to multiple emails I have sent. After I missed my flight due to no confirmation invoice , I started to receive multiple emails from Corporate travel management with multiple booking confirmations.Avoid CTM. They have chared me for multiple bookings. I have had over seven thousand pounds taken from bank account which has been overcharged. There have been no replies to my emails and no one in the indian call centre seems to know what they are doing. What a sham of an organization preying on travellers. This organization should be removed from the conract for hotel quarantine bookings.

Money was taken twice from my account 2,285 and till date no refund after several calls. Very unhelpful staff and no management escalation route. Truly a terrible company - my stay was chaotic at the quarantine hotel too with late meals and no empathy.

Really terrible

Really terrible

I purchased the required COVID tests for the extortionate fee of £210 in March 2021 to get the reference number for my PLF and comply with the requirements. The tests never arrived so I contested the payment on my credit card with a reason why and got a refund as they did not supply the services specified. Today I head home to find a debt collection letter from a company working on behalf of the Department for Health for the sum of the tests.

Scam artists in the worst sense, please don't use them, we don't need to support fraudulent companies.

I will be contesting the request, but, I have paid the bill to avoid further action with a close due date, I have not yet seen any damage to my credit report through there mistake, but, if that happens I will kick up and even bigger fuss.

Morally reprehensible company

Based upon reported experiences of travellers arriving from red list countries this company appears to place profit above safeguarding travellers in every respect subjecting them to aggressive security handling and depriving them of basic human needs.

A morally reprehensible organisation that should be avoided at all costs.

Ctm quaranteen Hotel farce

Ctm are a joke outfit. Unable to confirm quarantine hotel booking details to fly home. Unable to get a response via emergency email, unable to get any response in person that was correct or made sense via emergency phone line. Chaos at Heathrow upon landing with only 1 member of CTM staff working with lots of angry passengers with similar tales of this useless outfit!

I thought people have been exaggerating…

I thought people have been exaggerating about their poor quarantine experiences, but seeing is believing. It's been bad and only got worse from the initial booking stages to arriving at the hotel. Had to change flights twice, loosing money twice to be told "No quarantine rooms available in London, please rebook your flights!!" No one responded to multiple emails when i requested a family room. Felt exasperated.

I lost money during the booking stages due to their poor system, and then to pay the huge quarantine prices and be rewarded with dirty hotel rooms, windows that should- but don't open, no walking space in the room for 11 days, no meals provided, and when they do from a shockingly poorly nutritious menu, with one option for halal and one for vegetarian offered for the whole 11 days. I had to spend more money organising my own food. its a shambles.

I really don't know what i have paid for. someone making big money out of us.

Asking to be allow to use the toilet . Refused .
After being held on coach for 40 minutes .

As there try to get people back into fast .
Cramming people into the foye & on to escalate.

Which cause further panic within the building .
Feel totally unsafe in this building .

Positive so far

Have to say that, so far, my experience with CTM has been more positive than some reported. I needed PCR day 2 tests for myself and my husband. Both of us fully vaccinated. Not sure how, probably finger trouble or carelessness on my part we were processed as unvaccinated and charged for day 2 and day 8 tests. I got through to customer services within a couple of minutes, was told to cancel the original purchase and rebook. I am happy to say that the new order was waiting for us on our return, and my money for the original transaction refunded to my card within 24 hours of asking. Sent off the tests yesterday. Will report again on how that goes. So far, very good.

Update as promised.

The test result did take longer than I would have wished…nearly 2 days later than our neighbours who used a different company. I chased the result by calling 119. I was put through almost immediately to an extremely helpful lady who took details and put me through to a member of the investigation team who was also very pleasant and helpful (let’s face it, it must be pretty stressful dealing with this sort of call day in day out and it must be quite hard to keep smiling).
Within a couple of hours of my call, I had my result.

Although I would have preferred, obviously, to have had to have the result more promptly, and therefore would probably have docked a star, I really cannot fault the way my query was handled or the helpfulness of the members of staff I spoke to.

Trying to book family member into a…

Trying to book family member into a hotel. Have sent the form off 3 times been told payment has failed. Bank have money waiting and have had no request for money. Calling the number is useless. Staff are rude and uninterested and won’t help at all. One offered to do the online form for me and take all my card details. Uncle is now stranded. As no rooms left for date he is flying back even though been trying for a week to organise the hotel package
