Rides closed down after queueing for 40…

Rides closed down after queueing for 40 plus minutes.
No expernation , just told to leave .
Walk back to entrance. People queuing.
Ride reopens . Despite just walking all the way back .
Told to join back of queue .
Err . We just been made to come out .
You now want us to join back of queue 😡😡😡
Rapid water rides tub takes 8 .
Leaving with just 2 in it .
Time & time again .
Total thou out the site .
Lack of communication people operating the rides & people filtering guest in .
Board with waiting time .
Total given false incorrect waiting times .
Says 30 minutes . Queue for well over a hour plus .
Try to talk to someone in charge .
Absolutely no chance .
There got your money & now not interested.

After problems trying to cancel a order…

After problems trying to cancel a order & having problems whites store refusing to accept the cancellation.
Alex from customer services pick up on my complaint that I had lodge & contact me direct .
He took personal responsibility in cancelling the order & making sure the money was refunded in to my account

Sent a email to head office on 28/12/2022 , ref a order & unable to make contact by telephone.
Received a email today . From head office .
Asking my opinion on the way there respond to the email 🤔🤔🤔
HONESTLY
How can I give a opinion on a response.
When there failed to answer the email & actually deal with the complaint.
As a returning customer.
Definitely not a way , would expect any customer to be dealt with .
Sort the complaint out .
Refund my money & then I will answer the email

Minus score . Trying to cancel order . Before leaving factory. Told take delivery. Then return goods

Minus score .
Placed a order on Boxing Day late at night .26 / 12 / 2022 .for patio set & cover .
As a returning customer for my son .
Son informed me on 27 / 12 / 2022 .
He as purchased a patio set .
Tried to email whites store on 28 / 12 / 2022 at 08-45
(NOT allowing me to put certain email address
Which there advertise. But don’t work )
Bounce back .
Then manger to get thou on customer service number .
Pass department to department.
When got thou to department.
Told take deliver of goods & arrange for goods to be sent back .
Pointed out .
Goods have not left factories yet .
As order on 26 / 12 / 2022 . Late in evening.
27 / 12 / 2022 is a bank holiday .
It 9 o clock in the morning on the 28 December 2022 .
So why can’t the goods not be stop leaving factory .
Told the goods have already been picked & pack out for sending .
Are there serious trying to tell me .
Goods that have a delivery date of the 9 January 2023 .
That was order on late of the 26 December.
Have been picked & packed on a bank holiday .
In less than 36 hours .
When ask to speak to a manger .
Manger to busy to take my call .

Is this the way you treat returning customers

Purchased 2 item’s yesterday on line to…

Purchased 2 item’s yesterday on line to be delivered today ( paid extra for delivery)
Get 2 emails this morning. Be delivered between 3 & 4 .
3-30 delever. One parcel only .
Phone customer services.
Told paying extra for delivery. Does not guarantee delivery on the day .
Told to wait till Wednesday . If not arrived phone back .
I said NOT acceptable.
Will not be in Monday or Tuesday.
Please issue refund & cancel order please .
Told if you want a refund.
Take goods back to store 🤔
Ask our am I suppose to take goods back to store if your not delivered them .
Please ether give date & time for delivery or refund money .
Pass to another person .
Again get same thing .
Wait couple days & see if turns up .
Plus we don’t guarantee a delivery date .
Even if your paid EXTRA.
Eventually got refund for goods not arrive .
But got to wait up to 5 days for that to come thou .

Review of CTM UK - Managed Hotel Quarantine

Absolutely disgusting service .frightening place to be UNSAFE

Absolutely disgusting service .
Who employ bully boy guards
We arrive heathrow.
To go to a quanteen hotel .
We was held in a Q with No social distance in the terminal. With other passengers on 2 other flights from Cape Town & johannesburg.
We was them cramed on to a full coach .
Door closed with no air conditioning for over 25 minutes & then drove 2 minutes to a hotel across the road .
On arrivel at hotel .
We was actually turned away .
Afrer 25 minutes of staff arguing.
We was then drove back to airport .
Held again there with staff arguing. Who to blame for mix up .
Force to stand close togeather in terminal with no social distance.
The ferry around the M25 to gatwick & held on the coach .
Asking to be allow to use the toilet . Refused .
After being held on coach for 40 minutes .
5 hours after landing again refuse permission to get off coach for fresh air or use the toilet refused .
This time we actually force our way off coach .
On trying to enter hotel surrounded by 5 guards who try to use bully boy tact’s .
Only when started to film them did there back off .
On getting into hotel .
Request for basic drink / water / food refused .it now midnight . We been traveling for 22 hours & no food or drink for 10 hours .
Eventually got in to room at oo-40 .
At 07-30 woken by fire alarm going off .
On trying to leave building.
Path actually block by security guard & told to go back to room .
On question him .
If it a real fire or a false alarm .
Reply was I don’t know .
But you can’t leave your room .
On forcing way pass him .
On getting to car park .
Total chaos down there .
With in 15 minutes over a 1,000 people crammed in to a small space with no social distance going on .
Staff not having a clue what was happening or who was in or out there rooms .
Fire bridge & police turned up & there was actually diguseted by lack of organising or senior mangers on site .
Over a hour later .
Mixing with others . Members of the public & staff with no mask .
Making a mockery of social distance & quanteen.
Allow back in to building .
As there try to get people back into fast .
Cramming people into the foye & on to escalate.
2 people had panic attacks & actually collapse.
Which cause further panic within the building .
Feel totally unsafe in this building .
As day goes by . Asking to go outside for fresh air or a walk is refuse due to no guards available to escort us .
