Fraud!

Fraud!

My brother (14) bought his phone with his pocket money and never received it. After 6 months he didnt get the money back.

NEVER BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM

I bought a phone from their site in…

I bought a phone from their site in July. After twenty days I requested the cancellation of the order since the product was never shipped. We are now in November and I am yet to receive a refund, I have opened a dispute with my bank, I hope it will help. Absolutely do not buy, they are going to scam you.

Do not trust this shop

I have ordered a iPhone 12 mini 128Gb on the 17th of July.
Having waited for my order almost two months, and the shop telling me that the item was not in store, I asked to go for cancellation/reimbursement of the order.
On the 14th of Sept the shop confirmed my reimbursement was taken into account. To date, 19 working days later, I receved no reimburse.

[EDIT1] I have already received many answers and excuses from their "client assistance" by email and whatsapp. They always say that they can see the reimburse is scheduled to be done, and that they can only solicit the administration.

I have waited 3 months to receive my phone and after not getting anything I asked for a refund which I am still waiting to get 2 months after the claim.
Can anyone help me and everybody and let us know what are the steps to take legal action.

Terrible!

After family members having brought various products over the years without any problems I ordered an IPhone XR 128 on the 21st July order 526203. I waited the 30 working days before starting to write for info. The website is terrible as you cannot find anything! Aurora just gives fixed answers and is useless ! Finally found form to fill in and received a automated reply that they are looking into my order and to answer that reply if I wanted to add anything, as form didn’t allow you to. So sent request to even change color but to receive product. Immediate failed delivery status as that email address not receiving emails! Trying to phone sends you to chat. Try chatting and you get the same automated answers! So upsetting as they had been so reliable in the past. They should bot be selling products they don’t have or they should contact you offering other possibilities! Only starting reading reviews now and see people are taking leagal action. Will have to proceed along the same lines if nothing happens within the next week!

I ordered an Iphone SE on Sept the 1st

I ordered an Iphone SE on Sept the 1st, order number 530719, on sept the 13th I received shipment confirmation (!!) by Tigershop with delivery date within 3 days, order status was moved to "closed/completed" accordingly (!!). Today, Sept the 17th, I contacted the carrier (GLS) and they confirmed me Tigershop created the tracking number but in fact no parcel was delivered to them! I tried several time to get in touch with Tigershop's customer service through the whatsapp chat (only contact point available!!) but it's completely useless, no answer at all. This seller is far from being reliable
Update on Sept the 21st: parcel delivered, everything ok. I still don't understand why tigershop's customer service never replied to my inquiries through whatsapp

One month and no news on my phone

I bought a samsung phone on 17th august from Tiger Shop. The phone was available on site (and still has available now!) i paid with my credit cards but i never received the phone (not yet shipped after 1 month) and never received reply from my mails, my whatsapp messages. The form to contact the assistance was removed and no one reply. Very poor experience. One month without the phone and without a communication or reply. Order #529059
UPDATE 23 Sep 2021: The reply from Tiger Shop is not true. My order is still not shipped, no carrier tracking number, no shipments, no phone. I already bought and received the phone on another site most serious then Tiger Shop. I wait a refound because i do not need the phone now.
UPDATE 6 OCTOBER: I receive the phone on 28 september, more than one month later. I ask for refound because i have already bought the phone, request done before 14 days of law, i wait a response from 3 days.
UPDATE 16 OCTOBER: Every day i send a whatsapp reminder about my request of refound....no one response. I will contnue to send message until i will receove a response. Horrible assistance, nightmare experience!
UPDATE 25 OCTOBER: No reply to my form to request refound and no reply to my whatsapp request of information. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE....FRAUD! PAY ATTENTION TO THIS SITE!

27/07 order 526824 Iphone 12

27/07 order 526824 I ordered Iphone12, 24 august still nothing,still waiting some update on the status of my order,so I canceled my order and asked for refund. I was advised that refund is being processed within14 working days. 14 days have passed and I still didn’t get my money back. I write them asking when I get my money and no response at all.
Stay away from this e-commerce. If u have many delays, as you say, at least customer service communication must be efficient but you just seem to be a fraud.
I’m gonna get my money via legals.
Their activity must be closed by Italian authority. They just steal our money.

Fraud

Order number 524025. I ordered a google pixel 4a 5G on the 7th of July. After 15 working days, the shop wrote me an email saying that the phone I ordered was out of stock (even though it appeared on the website); the company offered me another phone promising to pay the difference. Since I was not interested in the phone offered, I asked for a refund. They replied the refund would have taken another 15 working days (weird right?). After 22 working days and an email mentioning issues with the bank, today 31st of August I have not received anything yet. In the meantime, they stopped answering my emails. I'll take legal action.

Don't be a dumbass like me, many signs suggest this is not a trustable company: the website is not professional at all, the way they answer the emails suggests they're not professionals at all; the reviews are mainly tragic.

Please no one should buy from this shop they're fraud I ordered Samsung a21s from them on the 29th of July immediately I placed the order they took the money and made the status as in lavorazione till now I have not received the phone thier numbers are not going through and no refund too so people should be careful, now I don't know how to get back me money This is my order number 527437,when you give them a message and a robot will answer your questions, so we'll should be careful.

Stay away from this online shop

Stay away from this online shop, they are frauds! I requested a refund 2 months ago and still haven’t received my money. Their customer service seems to be a robot, no valid phone number. Crazy how they are still online.

Update: after I wrote several reviews online, they have reached out to me with more fake promises about how they are working on my refund. Nothing happened though. Don’t trust their apologies and promises!

Don't deal with this company

Do not order anything from this company. They advertise goods they haven't got, are slow to notify you of that after they've taken your money, and then stop communicating with you - on all channels - after you request a refund. I have only awarded one star because Trustpilot doesn't seem to permit a rating of zero. Fraudsters, plain and simple.

Update 18/11/2021

After a lengthy series of emails I have finally received my refund (in full) today - 5.5 months after placing the order. I therefore withdraw my remark about fraud, but my experience rating stands - I suggest treating this company with extreme caution.

This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud.
Their social media pages are filling up with victims who are desperate to get their money back after months of waiting. Tiger Shop has removed all possible communication channels and refuse to reimburse anyone by simply ignoring all requests.

#523163 still awaiting and no way of contacting them.

I am looking to file a class action lawsuit against the firm within a short period of time.

As a warning to anyone who is thinking about ordering from tiger shop- You will lose your money and you won't receive a product. Also, italian authorities are useless therefore you will not receive any consumer rights support.

A complete fraud.
