Do not trust this shop
I have ordered a iPhone 12 mini 128Gb on the 17th of July.
Having waited for my order almost two months, and the shop telling me that the item was not in store, I asked to go for cancellation/reimbursement of the order.
On the 14th of Sept the shop confirmed my reimbursement was taken into account. To date, 19 working days later, I receved no reimburse.
[EDIT1] I have already received many answers and excuses from their "client assistance" by email and whatsapp. They always say that they can see the reimburse is scheduled to be done, and that they can only solicit the administration.
