Hello, I would like to follow up on my order which is an Iphone 12 128gb blue color, with order number of 529156 placed last 18th or August this year. It's almost a month and I have not yet receive any updates regarding shipment, it says it is still in process, why is it taking so long? I have paid for it already. I expect a response from you but no one can reply. Please address this concern. Thank you.
