Perfect service. The phone was sent and delivered one day after they received the payment! Very quick and professional. The only thing I had a problem with was card payment that didn't work, so I had to send the money by transfer. Still, the transfer took 2 days and I received the product on the 3rd day. Very satisfied.

At first after my flight was disrupted I claimed the compensation directly with the airline - wizzair - and they outright lied about the flight being disrupted because of extraordinary reasons that they couldn't predict or avoid, although the reason for disruption was maintenance.

I then contacted airhelp and received quick and helpful service, as well as the compensation.

I would definitely recommend them.
