Dont go with tmobile especially if you are military. They will screw you beyond words
We are a military family stationed in Germany. My son left for college in August, so we called T-Mobile over the phone to get him a phone. T-Mobile illegally opened a second line for which we have not received a phone or phone number. I have been calling them since August to get this second line canceled. My German phone bill is outrageously high. Every time I call, they tell me a new story and a new lie. My son even tried to go to the store, and the store manager informed him that he can't talk to him unless we are there in person. I'm sick and tired of T-Mobile. Not only do I now have a $100 phone bill in Germany, but they are screwing up my credit by suspending an illegal line and sending it to the creditors. So now my husband has to find time to fly to the USA from Germany just so we can fix this issue so they won't keep messing with it. You should be ashamed; this is how you treat your customers, especially military families who can't come in person.
We will also have to hire a lawyer to get all our money back.

I begged because of an emergency with a hospitalization of a loved one that I needed the service on just for the day so I can receive a call from the hospital if they need to. Zero other family available I notified and no way to get to the hospital. I asked to send in proof somehow. I asked for supervisors and senior accounts team members who claim obsessed with service were unavailable of course. Nothing about my emergency meant anything to them and I'll never forget nor forgive and they can expect that.
This is unbelievable
This is unbelievable, nevertheless it is the entire truth! My daughter chose to switch to T-Mobile and did so. She then added me to her plan and paid all fees. She was in another state, so she advised me I would have to go in and pick out me a phone. I went to the T-Mobile store and waited for quite a while. They were very slow. A young girl came over to help me. I told her I was there to pick out a phone, get added to my daughter’s plan and get it activated. I also told her that my daughter was using a promotional they were offering. She tells me there are no promotionals, so I called my daughter and she tells her which promotional it is. Next, my daughter tells her I want to trade in my IPhone 8. The promotional was a half off offer on IPhone 14 if you get a third line. We did this and now she doesn’t want to give us the half off the new phone. My daughter tells her you don’t get to say no on a promotional T-Mobile is offering its new customers. She goes and gets a supervisor because my daughter was demanding this now and the supervisor says, yes that is the promotional, she can get it and walks away. I give her my phone and she says it’s cracked and I say, “where?”. She points to the corner of my phone and I say, there’s no crack on the screen there. She squints her eyes and says right here. I still didn’t see a crack. My daughter at this point is livid and says, “momma she’s wants you to pay full amount for a phone because she gets commission off it”. My daughter then says, “you’re not going to hustle my momma because she is a senior citizen”. My daughter is on speaker phone and the supervisor hears her and comes over and says, it looks like a small crack so we won’t be able to take the phone. My daughter says, even if it is a small crack, you can still take it. I tell my daughter, there is no crack on my phone. I said how much is the phone? She tells me $630.00. My daughter says, just activate the line there and I will get the phone here. The young girl then tells her it will be $89.00 and we ask what for? She said “fees” and that’s all, but couldn’t explain what fees. At this point, I told my daughter I did not want to leave my phone company because this company was a mess! Supervisor was no help. They were scamming customers and finding the littlest thing to gain a commission on. Trying not to honor promotionals and charging ridiculous unexplained fees. My daughter said just leave momma, I’m going to write a review and file a complaint about this. She said, go to another branch and even though I had had enough, I went to another one. Before I left the young girl tells me the phone is more that $630.00 and did I still want it. The audacity of her. I walked right out the door and went to another location. Sometimes you have to do a reset (lol). At the other store they were SUPER helpful and professional!!! My daughter said she paid $10.00 for the transfer instead of the $89.00 at the other location. I got my phone, got it activated, got good instructions and went home satisfied with the second T-Mobile customer service workers. The young girl that helped me was so sweet and kind and we talked the entire time while my phone was activating. I say this to customers, watch out for these T-Mobile workers because they work on commission and will literally rob you with bogus fees to pad their pockets. T-Mobile needs to look into this because this could become a serious matter that could lead to a class action legal battle for them. If you are a senior citizen, they will take advantage of that for sure. T-Mobile, you need to do better. I’m embarrassed for such a good company that came highly recommended to have these unfair practices. Be vigilant when visiting them.

They’re great company with great service true they’re not $25 a month but you get what you pay for
"Beware of T-Mobile: Deceptive Promises and Poor Customer Service"
T-Mobile offers decent cell phone and internet service, similar to many other companies, but I strongly advise against switching to them due to their poor customer service. Every time you call, you speak with a different representative, and each gives conflicting answers. One may promise a discount, but instead, you get overcharged. I've had an overall frustrating experience with misleading information. For instance, they offer "free" watches, but you end up paying $12 a month for them. They also claim you can upgrade for free with promo credits, yet the credits never materialize, and you're left paying for a phone you've already traded in. They gave me a ridiculously low value of $199 for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra—it's insulting. If I could cancel right now, I would, but I'm stuck in a contract. If I can find a way to sell my phone and get out of the payments, I will. Do not switch to T-Mobile!
Went to TMobile on 118 St in OC
Went to TMobile on 118 St in OC, Md. saw store mgr. Jorge Feliciano. I had IPhone shutdown and was going to drive to Apple Store 2.5 hours away on Labor Day Weekend. He fixed it in five mins. I was in apple support for 1 hr. Apparently it was software glitch. He saved me from traveling back and forth 5 hrs. A true gentleman. This is my first review ever.

don’t remove payment method from a payment arrangement
I went online today on my lunch break to try and pay ahead on my phone bill arrangement and ended up spending my entire lunch break doing a live chat trying to get my service restored and ended up spending my entire paycheck to get it accomplished. I am so disgusted. I removed the payment method from my arrangement so it would not charge me for that amount on that day, since I was paying 1/2 of it early. It warned me that I would not be able to add a method of payment back to the arrangement. I agreed. And instantly my phone lines were disconnected. I did a live chat for assistance and ended up having to pay the entire past due balance (not just the payment arrangement amount) to restore by service. I am grateful they were willing to work with me when my bill was due, but had I known it was going to cost me this much today I would have figured something else out.

So I called T-Mobile to see about home Internet, service because I have neighbors and family within walking distance that has their service.
They told me it was not available at my address because they are too many people with T-Mobile home Internet Wi-Fi in my area????
Anyone ever have that kind of response?
Good to mediocre service.
Sure, here’s the updated review:
"T-Mobile offers the convenience of setting up payment agreements through their online service, allowing customers to extend their payment due dates by approximately four weeks initially, and possibly around two additional weeks for a subsequent extension. While these time frames are not exact and might vary slightly, this feature can be helpful for managing short-term financial constraints. However, the limited number of extensions may not suffice for those needing more prolonged support. My experience with T-Mobile, though better than with some other carriers, suggests that enhancing this policy could keep customers more consistently engaged and help manage longer-term payment challenges."
T-Mobile threatens customers rather than offering help first
You issue messages to long standing customers saying they will be suspended from services if they have financial trouble rather than please call us to see if we can help. No the rude ignorant path is your first choice. BS!
Charging fees not in contract or bills
Charging fees not in contract or bills. Phones have been one month from being paid off for 3 months. Wireless gateway is absolutely horrible and when calling for service or support with gateway “they fried it” and had to send us a new one with zero talks of crediting our account. When we asked for a credit they refused. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Will be switching carriers.
The worst carrier i have ever been…
The worst carrier i have ever been with. On the phone with customer service 3 times per month for 8 months. And everytime i have them on the phone with a problem they make sure they take their sweet time about wasting my time. Don't choose T mobile!!!

I was Sprint customers for over twenty years. Once T Mobile took over the business, my phone dropped for nearly 2 years, spoke with them many times, phone dropping was getting worse and worse, people cant hear me nearly at all. Recently had travel to Canada, changed to Roaming on, during 10 days of Canada trip, my phone showed SOS, never worked vs my friend who had Verizon was keep on working on top of the mountain, i demanded 10 days credit back, agent said will refund, they never did. T Mobile is truly worrisome company, their technology is bad.
T Mobile Sucks!!!
What went wrong? Came in to pay my bill. Very complicated I know. As my bank card number was stolen it was being replaced so I had to pay my bill at the store in Ansonia. As Usual there is not enough staff, not enough intelligent staff, not enough staff that give a crap. Been standing here for 30mins still no help. This is not the only location either, all the T Mobile stores are like this.. They always have been. After standing there for 35 mins I'm told by some brainless minimum wage moron that they now charge $5 dollars extra to pay in the store. Get your ac together T Mobile!!!! Your employees and your store policies suck!!!
T-Mobile is the Worst Cellular Service I'd Ever Seen
I've been a customer of T-Mobile since Winter 2022 and I was a new account holder. I choose their monthly 50GB plan for a device from T-Mobile on contract.
Through my experience, I was satisfied until I had encountered issues. My personal data has been breached a few times on occasions and when I'm using my phone, I lose signal whenever I head to my town.
There are difficulties trying to make calls or use the internet.
As I was struggling financially to pay bills for months, T-Mobile suspended my account despite me making a payment using a different card when it was set to auto-pay originally.
After I found a decent source of income, I'd attempted to log in to my account to pay off past due bills and restore fee. However, my account requires a verification code to enter. Irrationally, it was sent to my associated phone number that is deactivated.
I wouldn't even bother contacting customer support because they're unreliable.
I will not recommend this service to anyone, find a telecommunications company that have better deals on data usage and reasonable representatives to talk to if trouble comes your way.
Horrible experience
I was with Tmobile for over 20 years however not sure if they changed management. For almost 2 years I tried to resolve issues just to name a few. Firstly, they lost the phone that I returned and tried to charge me even though I had a proof that I returned it. Secondly, for over 6 months they were charging me for equipment that I was supposed to return - boosters - as my reception was terrible and yet they kept charging me over $500 for the boosters even though without them I would not be able to work as I have a home business. The only thing changed was that I closed ONE line. I also had constant issues with trying to make calls and calls dropping or people not getting messages. I was always reassured that they would fix the issue. What turned out after I kept calling for the same issue - being overcharged - several of CSA reps did not even keep notes so I wasted over 6 months to finally get resolved. To top it all, I got so frustrated that I switched to another provider but wanted to keep the number because of my clients and only do prepaid for $10 a month. I spent hours on the phone and went to the store twice and nobody was able to help me because I did not remember the account pin number that was set up at least 15 years ago. I gave them all information incuding my SS. Horrible company stay away.
TMOBILE IS A SCAM
This Company can not ever improve. Horrible service and Horrible so called customer support. Prepare to be on the phone for 1-2 hours, only to be told your concerns will be forwarded to their engineer department. Racketeering at its finest
