This is a scam company

This is a scam company! They placed 2 charges on my bank account and I have no idea who they are! They don't answer the phone and I can't find a way to contact them Turning over to law enforcement!

BEWARE

I signed up for the free trial and just as I was looking through the contents a charge came up on my account for $67. I was pissed! I called my bank I blocked these idiots and made sure they could never take money out of my account again! Trying to cancel is another fiasco designed to keep taking your money! You have to cancel each thing they offer before you cancel your account! Experts in this field are far less costly in online offices!

Great experiences with Temu

I have had great experiences with Temu. I've had health problems and gained weight and there's no way I would have been able to buy a season of summer clothes if it had not been for Temu. I have ordered kitchen gadgets I've ordered shoes I've ordered stuff for my son and I've had nothing but great experiences with them! I'm sad that there's been so many bad experiences because they have exceptional prices.

Nothing but problems

I have really had nothing but problems with Shein. I have a small dog rescue. And I went on their website on September 25th 2025 and found great prices on dog beds for everydog in the rescue. I bought them from 3 to $5 each and they were decent beds that the dogs would get at least 6 months of use out of. I paid for my order and I was just waiting for them to come. It seemed like a long time so I got back on the website to check and find out where they were. It said that all the orders were delivered. I opened the tracking and FedEx had delivered all three packages to three wrong addresses. How stupid do you have to be to deliver three packages all to the wrong address?!? I called Shein and explain to them what happened and they just refunded my money on all the orders. I asked them if I could get the sale prices if I reordered the exact same beds and they told me NO. I looked at the dog beds they had for sale and the four big ones that I paid $4.80 for were now $21. The little beds that I paid $3 for were now $12. As many problems as I've had with these people I am beginning to think that Shein is running a bunch of scams on Americans!

BEWARE!

I bought a large clock for my son as a "new home" gift. When it arrived it will not keep time. I tried contacting Shein and it was nothing but the runaround! First they told me they wouldn't take it back because it was opened, but how was I supposed to know it didn't work if he didn't open it? Then they kept giving me these convoluted instructions that made no sense whatsoever and I am embarrassed that I sent a gift to my son that doesn't work and I have no way to get it replaced! Screw Shein! I will never spend another penny at that store! Order #

Southwest is AWESOME!

I am disabled and it makes it difficult for me to travel. On mother's Day I got a cheap ticket to go see my son. Southwest airlines employees got my wheelchair at the door of the car and took me to the door of the plane and the same thing coming back. Customer service was awesome, the people were so nice and helpful my luggage was fine and I will fly Southwest every chance I get!

The dress I purchased was totally misrepresented! It was just a piece of fabric with an iron on! It is total garbage, a waste of money, totally unwearable! I'm putting it in the garbage there is no way I'll even take this to Goodwill!

Amazon automotive sucks

I don't know who, definitely a man, thought it was a great idea to have automotive customers put their license plate number on their automotive account on Amazon because there are no women I know of that's going to put their license plate number on Amazon! And if you don't put your license plate number on there then you cannot find parts for your vehicle! What a bullshit move!

AARP is a joke

AARP is a joke, a bad joke! Every discount I have tried ends up being more expensive than just going it alone! I tried the travel center to try to save money on a plane ticket to see my son. The ticket was $150 more on AARP travel center then it was just buying it on the airline website! This is the last time I will sign up for AARP. It is absolutely useless!

This place sucks

This place sucks! All I wanted to do was place an order for bravecto and they're quick and easy order form would not let me put anything in! It told me I had the wrong dog, then it told me I had the wrong medicine for the wrong dog, then it told me my credit card was wrong, all this took over an hour! Thank goodness I came to trustpilot to see they had crappy reviews anyway!

Not getting credit for my surveys

I've been really happy with Swagbucks until recently. I'm taking entire surveys, then I don't get credit for them or I get an error at the end and there help center is woefully inadequate and does not help me recover the Swagbucks I'm owed! I just started saving the errors so in case someone decides they want to help me at least I have the errors that I get at the end of the survey.

A total waste of my time

I am shocked to see that this company rates high in reviews! Last night I spent 40 minutes taking a JD power survey on auto insurance and it was not accounted for in my surveys nor did I get the points. There was definitely a gap in time between surveys but no other way for me to prove it. This morning I've spent two hours trying to qualify for a survey and have not been able to take a single one. They told me they bumped me up and more surveys would be coming my way, but they were not. The website was a total waste of my time.

Vevo SUCKS! Was trying to listen to some soft music and relax. Surprise, every two songs there's a CANCER commercial! Every kind of cancer you can name has a new product! My mother died of cancer I don't need to be reminded about cancer every 5 minutes! WTF Vevo!?

I love peacock TV!

I love peacock TV! For $12 a month I can watch all my shows, from episode 1 episode 20, in the same weekend, commercial free! Other reviews are complaining about commercials and ads, all you have to do is pay a couple bucks more and it's commercial free, unless you are watching the television stations. I've had no problems with them, service or billing. I'm just thrilled that it's $160 cheaper than the crappy DirecTV that I had 500 channels and only 10 that you could actually watch! Thank you peacock TV!

Tempur-Pedic beds are GARBAGE

I have had my Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 2 years. This is the worst mattress I have ever owned! I am 6ft tall 200lbs and the mattress is sagging on both sides! My dad bought this mattress and the overpriced frame for me because I had a spinal injury and struggle to get comfortable and deal with chronic pain. Tempur-Pedic has the most hateful customer service! I cannot believe there are NO honest reviews regarding Tempur-Pedic online near their purchase website! This is the 2nd time JD Power highly recommended a company that was literally HORRIBLE! Spend your $$$ elsewhere--Tempur-Pedic products are garbage and their customer service is
garbage!

Expect to get dumped after you are established...

I have had United Healthcare community plan for many years. Let me start out by saying I have complex medical issues and have been established with the same doctors for nearly 17 years. United Healthcare dumped the Nueces County UHC community plan patients for whatever reason, I'm certain the reason has a $$ in front of it. The replacement medical plans do not cover any of my doctors and only some of my medication. The stress,fear and anxiety has left me suicidal on many occasions. I have a pain pump because of injuries from an auto accident and Superior insurance does not
cover a pain pump so I have to be weaned down and put back on oral meds and patches, ultimately leaving me a zombie. I am desperately trying to find a home in Bexar County so I can switch back to UHC but I don't know how I am going to move when I can barely walk to the mailbox and back! Allowing healthcare
companies to unceremoniously dump patients should be illegal!

These are the LAZIEST customer service reps on the planet! I called to connect my new Vizio remote to my TV and after less than 2 minutes, this woman tells me to return the remote control to where I bought it! She just didn't want to help me program it! And while I'm on a rant I have never had a Vizio TV last longer than 2 years! The TV's are total garbage!
