Just awful disorganized and no clients

Just awful disorganized and no clients. A waste of time and no clients in 3 months. I am a seasoned therapist who worked with many telemedicine companies since 2016 and this one is one of the worst and would not recommend it either to medical professionals or clients.

The worst bank ever

The worst bank ever! They need to be shut down. They scammed me by sending me a check and then canceled it even though the date was within time frame which caused numerous problems. Stay away!

Good amount of leads

Even though the company is not perfect - once I had a billing issue and they did not respond to my email. However, I like it best so far from all the others as I got the most leads compared to some of other similar professional directories. My rating is 3.5 but there was not an option. They need to have more timely and more organized customer service and billing perhaps have a chat option 24/7.

Review of BYOU

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Unprofessional, unethical and disorganized

I applied for a BYOU licensed psychotherapist position at the beginning of January 2025 via LinkedIn. I received an email reply thanking for applying the position. It was very confusing and unclear from the beginning, What actually happened it was not even 1099 position as it was supposed to have been based on the application but turned out to be a PAID subscription with a start up cost just to set the profile. I couldn't even find the job opening anymore shortly after that which I found strange I took time to reflect on my almost 3 months of experience with them (all the facts can be verified as I kept all the correspondence.) which I'll explain briefly here. I am writing this so that it does not happen to anyone else. Please do your research and ask specific questions during the discovery call.

So instead of getting a job/contract, I ended up being a paid customer. However overall, the worst part and the main reason why I finally left and asked my profile to be taken down was when I received very defensive and rude response from the owner basically implying that I am not a mental health provider (and she doesn't even know me). This came directly via private message on my LinkedIn profile account (I saved a screenshot) This was because on several occasions I expressed valid concerns about things such as licensing and issues with the Town Hall that I had to leave because of the political remarks that have no place in a business meeting and did not feel to me were aligned with humanitarian organization that they claim to be. Not to mention the marketing efforts did not happen. and never received any clients in 3 months. My concerns were not addressed in a timely manner.

It's interesting that only a few days after my email to the company and the owner they all of a sudden, without any warning, they put all their SERVICES ON HOLD/PAUSE and after all these issues I requested a refund as I had no intention of staying with a company that treats providers like this!

While her staff apologized to me in several messages the owner continued to be defensive and never apologized for her rudeness or lack of professional response.

I am so glad that I saw this early and listened to my intuition. I will not recommend this company to my 10 K plus connections on LinkedIN and my professional community over 25 years. I never want to be a part of the company where I am treated with disrespect.

In my professional opinion and experience with this company, that appears to be as a start up company, when it comes to global mental health, they didn't have any in-depth knowledge about licensing for psychotherapists globally.

During the initial discovery call and onboarding process, the sales people and onboarding dept. could never produce answers to my questions about licensing, for example.

Being a seasoned therapist for over 25 years, working for corporate America, including Magellan, Memorial Healthcare systems and telemedicine with all major telemedicine companies I have expert level knowledge of both profit and non-profit sectors. I've helped to save thousands of lives! I work with people who suffer from severe PTSD and much more.

I hope that the owner and the company will take this feedback seriously and we can all take this as a learning experience.

The BEST virtual ketamine clinic

I tried several virtual ketamine clinics and this one is far the best and I recommend them to my clients as well. Biggest asset is having included integration sessions and circles with Director of the Patient Experience Mr. Richard G. It was a huge miracle in my life and continue working with them to improve PTSD, anxiety and depression which has been a life-long journey. Medication and therapy did not help much until I finally found this company my life transformed with Richard's help.

Awful experience with Mandy Morris and Oliver Nino weekend of 8/24…

I had an awful experience with Mandy Morris/Oliver, a Spiritual Activator Oliver Nino. I've been a healer and licensed therapist all my life and helping people over 30 years. I attended Oliver's 3-day event in July 2024 and I did get some healing but the whole process it's too sales oriented. Still, I decided to try Mandy Morris and what a disappointment. First we were all waiting for over 30 minutes listening to annoying music and even though I tried to find out from a moderator nobody answered until enough people complained I guess finally the moderator after over 30 minutes came on board. It took AN HOUR for them to get started. Mandy was a huge disappointment As a licensed professional what she presented after she finally came on stage was a joke she just created some kind of CBT version, I would never hire her. Now my experience with Oliver is also ruined. I would expected that at least he would do better and on the second day when he was doing his healing work (and it was just really repetition from July event and nothing new). I wasted my weekend as I had to walk away as it was too basic and even Oliver did not at least apologize how poorly this was organized. Definitely not recommending this to my thousands client list and colleagues being an influencer in a local community. If this gets taken down I will know even more that they are not capable of admitting a mistake and fixing it. I got a refund but a bitter outcome I have never participated at such a poorly organized event with nothing new to learn especially from Mandy who thinks she is a kind of therapist.

Review of T Mobile

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Horrible experience

I was with Tmobile for over 20 years however not sure if they changed management. For almost 2 years I tried to resolve issues just to name a few. Firstly, they lost the phone that I returned and tried to charge me even though I had a proof that I returned it. Secondly, for over 6 months they were charging me for equipment that I was supposed to return - boosters - as my reception was terrible and yet they kept charging me over $500 for the boosters even though without them I would not be able to work as I have a home business. The only thing changed was that I closed ONE line. I also had constant issues with trying to make calls and calls dropping or people not getting messages. I was always reassured that they would fix the issue. What turned out after I kept calling for the same issue - being overcharged - several of CSA reps did not even keep notes so I wasted over 6 months to finally get resolved. To top it all, I got so frustrated that I switched to another provider but wanted to keep the number because of my clients and only do prepaid for $10 a month. I spent hours on the phone and went to the store twice and nobody was able to help me because I did not remember the account pin number that was set up at least 15 years ago. I gave them all information incuding my SS. Horrible company stay away.

Review of Sidecar Health

Stay away

Not happy at all as constant issues with providing supporting documents. Such a waste of time! It took 3 months and they never explained properly what was missing. I am with clients all day and don't have time to keep calling. They made everything difficult and they did not cover my lab work so I had to pay a lot of extra money.
