I don't often leave reviews, however the customer service and the whole experience as a whole have been brilliant!

No plates turned up and no response to emails. Do not use!!!

Ordered a motorcycle show plate, promised next day first class delivery, didn't happen, e mailed 3 days later and no reply, tried ordering with another supplier to find out when the payment was sent it was the same company with a different name. Now 6 days later no plate from either company or acknowledgement, this company is obviously a trading nightmare to be avoided at all costs, totally useless and on reading the reviews a lesson learnt, read company reviews before ordering. You have been warned.

wrong order. incorrect printing. dont reply to emails. stay away its clearly a scam website

Ordered number plate, sent one of them incorrectly printed.

Sent e - mails, been ignored ... tried calling - extortionate costs per minute to call.

This company has absolutely horrendous customer service and even worse reg plate printing service, avoid like the plague.

Trading standards have been contacted, aswell as Action FRAUD Alert.

Ordered legal bike plate with border, plate arrived, ilse of Man stamps on package. Border and lettering was 'scewed' on plate so emailed them a picture and asked for comment. No reply. Decided I would send the plate back, problem , no address on website or paperwork. According to google i.o.m postcode on plate does not exist, you won't get e reply by email and you can't write to them, didn't even waste my time with phone. Best advice is DO NOT BUY from these rogues.

This is by far the worst customer service available, its a pity they do not give awards for this, as these guys would clean up, To date I have ordered several sets of plates from them, only one set has ever been correct, sadly I am still waiting for one more set, ordered weeks ago, they have had over twenty emails from me chasing them in the past but clearly do not give a toss once they have your money.
They really should not be in business, thats assuming they are, it might just be a guy in his garden shed........TRULY AWFUL SERVICE, do yourself a favour, GO ELSEWHERE.....

Another 3 weeks passed and still no plates... Awful experience.

first plate came off centre , so they sent a replacement no problem . make sure you email as other contacting attempts failed ( Facebook). very happy with the end product .

Having ordered my new and shortened plates I was looking forward to replacing the standard longer ones.
Paypal had taken payment,but I heard nothing from Showplates to acknowledge this.
I sent them an email asking if the plates had been dispatched,the next day I received an email saying they had.The day next the plates arrived,i was not disappointed their great.
