Well how disappointing the service and…

Well how disappointing the service and quality of Karen millen , quality poor and faulty zip wouldn’t go up to the top , one side different to other didn’t sit right, so I returned two weeks ago still waiting for a refund. How is it they take the money in seconds before order placed , and the received it back over two weeks ago and still waiting a refund this seems to be the normal now

Purchased cosmetic jewellery to go to an event
First time on and bracelet was gone next time I looked
went into Next store to see if I had just got one with a dodgy claps they were all the same. I told the girl on the account that I am now paying on my account for a bracelet that is a very poor quality and the standard on the account was all the same. I am now paying for a bracelet as I can’t return as I don’t have it shocking and bad Service on reporting feedback I won’t be purchasing Next jewellery as the standards have went down be careful as everything seems to break.

Sent back a dress £145 day after I received it on the 11 th September I am still waiting for the refund , in October never would I shop with them again , Clearpay should also think twice about working with them , for convenient buying as fare from convenience when you can’t get your money back also

So bad sending for testing …as no help at all

Tried to contact for a refund of this vile product I got worse in every area I purchased for
Asked for help this I haven’t received as wanted to return all the bulk buy . I was ill after taking this I now have found a medical team to test this product to see what’s in I’ll post my feedback

Hello don’t waist your money

Hello
Purchased the three month bundle no difference at all
Got free hair & nail tablets didn’t work nails soft and peeled off worse than ever
Joints and pains worse . Came off it as no change at all for the better , not good result in-fact two bags unopened , a complete waist of money , and on top of that everything skin nails hair worse

Returning products very difficult and on a gift card

Received my delivery
But needed to return made it very difficult but after a while trying I completed but only to be told it’s on a Gift card and I have to pay to return this was not brought to my attention on ordering , so I wish my return to be paid to me in the way it was paid and not a Gift card and a return label to be sent , with free return I will update Trustpilot on outcome
Also very poor quality wish to return full order as panda cling to legs also don’t hang right so full order to return

Placed an order Tuesday for Birthday Friday , it said Royal Mail delivery 8am up to 1.30 pm
Delivery attempt at 5.45 pm when everyone is now at Birthday meal so purchased more flowers to take at evening out , when it’s a organised gift your delivery should be am by a
Reliable more precise delivery service when I requested refund very unhelpful continued to deliver late Saturday after the event asked for a refund no help whatsoever. I would never use the service again.

Well received my compensation for bad service on the Monday ,
£7.00 credit on to my account as if I would use again ,
And a note this is so you can upgrade your delivery next time to Dpd from Royal Mail , so three days wasn’t enough time
Sorry to many companies doing your service ill not be needing your £7
