Placed an order Tuesday for Birthday Friday , it said Royal Mail delivery 8am up to 1.30 pm

Reliable more precise delivery service when I requested refund very unhelpful continued to deliver late Saturday after the event asked for a refund no help whatsoever. I would never use the service again.

Well received my compensation for bad service on the Monday ,
£7.00 credit on to my account as if I would use again ,
And a note this is so you can upgrade your delivery next time to Dpd from Royal Mail , so three days wasn’t enough time
Sorry to many companies doing your service ill not be needing your £7
