Debit card lost 4 times

There was suspicious transactions on my account so Santander locked my account and stopped all use on my debit card. Waited for new card to be sent to my home address then found out it had been sent to a branch in another city. Three more cards were sent out and none arrived. In the Glasgow branch today I was told the cards never arrived because of a dispute between Santander and the Royal Mail which turns out is a complete lie. To top it all the counter services were closing at 1230 and not 1500hrs as advertised, Was told by the greeting person that there may not be enough money in the safe. It was sent to another branch again where it sat for 1 week without anyone letting me know it was there. So in total it took 7 weeks to get a new debit card. I have been with Santander from the begin but after this experience I will close my account at the earliest opportunity. Seriously how incompetent can a bank get?

Ending my contract with EE

I moved home and wanted to end my contract with EE. The experience was extremely disappointing. I made three phone calls to EE about ending my contract and each time the person was unable to understand. One person told me she did not know what the process was and another actually tried to coerce me into accepting EE in my current shared accommodation which was exactly what I did not want. To top it all I got an email from email telling me they will take the next deduction in mid December. It is clear they are using devious tactics to stop you leaving EE

Perfectly friendly staff...However…

Perfectly friendly staff at Kerse Road Stirling. However this morning at a visit just before 8 am I was served the most vile-tasting cappuccino ever. I drove off in my car and later tasted what was utterly foul coffee. I can only think that this coffee was the remains from the previous day or their coffee machines are contaminated. I had nausea all afternoon. Seriously worried about Costa now

Purplebricks failed to sell my flat

Purplebricks failed to sell my flat. They vanished into thin air and didnt even offer an explanation. To top it all they never returned my front door keys or the key fob. Earlier this year someone or somebody entered my property to have a look around. After two online chat and three emails Purplebricks have refused to answer my concerns. Stay well away from this company

Virgin Media was on our premises last…

Virgin Media was on our premises last week. We didn't ask for them to come and leave a mess after their visit.
Dirt debris and cement were left on the pathway along with lumps of tarmac. The actual cable section looks likes it was installed by a child. Yellow arrows are left all over the pathway. Even the tarmac isn't straight. An absolute shambles.

Find it hard to believe all the…

Find it hard to believe all the positive reviews on here about Purplebricks. They charged me over £2000 after 10 months. Only got 6 visits and every time the agent turned up late looking like a dustbin on legs. After 10 months Purplebricks didn't even manage to put an advertising board outside. Pathetic.

I paid for and requested a DBS check from this company. After being told I didn't need to have a DBS check done they then refused to refund me. In addition to that they never even sent me the DBS certificate. Fake and phoney company

This group is the King of profit making…

This group is the King of profit making at the expense of innocent leaseholders. This company is in league with Pier Management which are so dreadful they serve warning letters to the dead.
Regis also use Parkfords who are nothing more than poisonous lap dogs of Regis
If you see Parkfords Regis or Pier Management on any document before signing for leasehold think again
Toxic beyond belief.

Natural born thieves

Rarely have I come across such a manipulating money-grabbing organization especially with buildings insurance.
They charge over the top for the most basic things and giving little in return. You will find they work in tandem with an equally rotten company called Parkfords based in Bromley.
Cunning and sly.
Avoid both at all costs!!!!!!
