When placing my order.
When placing my order, it was not clear that my order was placed; therefore, I ordered 3 of these before I realized what was going on. When placing my order I received a splash screen that said my order was accepted, but it quickly went away. What was left was the order screen. This caused me to think my order was not completed. When I finally realized my mistake, there was no way to cancel my order. When customer support responded to my issue, the order had already been processed, so it could not be cancelled. Now I have to handle the returns. It's been a week since I ordered and I have not received my order
