The customer advisor was very knowledgeable on the products we were buying and took the time to explain the materials they were made with and also how to clean and care for the products to increase the lifespan. No question was too much and he went over and above to make sure we knew where we were investing our money

I was looking for a teapot for my new induction hob and got recommended the converter to save me getting a new pot. This was a brilliant purchase as it saved me money. Looks good and easy to store when not in use. Very quick to work I was truly amazed and also very safe.
