Experience was relatively…

The whole experience was relatively painless and hassle free, Norman was very knowledgeable and provided exactly the right amount of information.
Only negative was the fact that trade in prices are poor and any room for negotiation is minimal but overall very positive

The whole connection process seemed to…

The whole connection process seemed to take much longer than expected but communication with staff was good, installation engineer was good. But the fact that I had to longer because fibrous messed up with addresses, I'm in Lisburn and engineer sent Bangor direction was disaster but I didn't then expect to have to start all over again because of an internal issue that was not my fault. In fact no internal dept could accept responsibility???
