Order a pump Dec 17. No pump by Jan 3 so cancellecd and ordered elsewhere. (that took 2 days!)

Do not purchase from this fraudsters. I ordered a pool in April of 2020. I understand that COVID played a huge part in me not receiving the pool until October of 2020 but the company could not tell me when it would arrive. They were rude and unprofessional. When the pool finally arrived it was missing a pump, filter, strainer basket, and hoses. I contacted them and the blamed the manufacturer but offered no solutions. I purchased the remaining parts myself after months of calling, emailing, and reaching out to them for any assistance. After purchasing the needed parts myself form a local pool store I asked poolsinc for a refund on what I had spent to cover what they didnt ship. They kept telling me 'the checks in the mail', it never arrived and they never sent the parts I paid for, or a refund for the parts i purchased (again) on my own. This place is a fraud, they're thieves, and liars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Ordered a product back at the beginning of August. was told 2 weeks Max. never received. Finally asked for a refund come October 10th since they did not have a shipping date and they could not provide one. Was told they were going to refund same day and it would take 5-7 business dates. We have been told that again three times thereafter and the refund has not come through. Fraudulent company, do not order from them. They have had more than enough time to make this right and clearly they're ok taking your money without intending to follow through with your order.

These guys took my money and never sent the product...kept stringing me along as if it was coming and told me the same thing everytime...here I am a year later calling them daily trying to get my money back for a product they never had and they refuse to...they essentially stole my money and are not giving it back...I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and sue them to get my money back...they are completely corrupt and a scam!

My husband and I ordered a pool from this site back in May 2024, and have not received any updates about shipping or processing of the pool in general. We have called the customer support line multiple times and each time we call we get a different answer. "it is still being processed" "It has already shipped" "it hasn't been shipped yet, but I can get it shipped by tomorrow" "you'll get a call when the pool has shipped" always with a promise of a call back.
At this point in August 2024 it is not likely we will see this pool. I called customer support one last time and was met with the same lines like the ones above. I then asked if I could just simply cancel the order because I am fed up. Courtney said it would be a cancellation request and it would like 5-7 business days. I told her I wanted to cancellation to be processed sooner than that and asked to speak with a manager or who approves the cancellation. She told me that was not possible, as there was no manager or someone else to speak too. I asked for a cancellation number and once again she could not provide me one. I am wary that this cancellation request will even go through and looks like me and my husband will be out of over $3,500.00 USD. She then proceeded to tell me IF the cancellation request as gone through it could take over 30 days for the money to be processed back into the account.
At this point, I thought it was best to report this to the BBB as to warn other customers that their 5/5 reviews are false. I asked Courtney for an address to help me with this report and she stated they in fact did not have one. Most likely trying to avoid this review. When I told her in fact that every business has an address she vehemently denied it, saying they don't have a store front. I don't have a doubt that she honestly didn't know. But it does reflect on how they go about their training. I looked up their address on an old email, but am extremely disappointed. Don't fall victim like me and my husband.
Crappy company
Ordered the wrong KW spa heater, that's on me. I called their "customer service" (not) dept and explained that I had ordered the wrong one on line. The said as long as the box was not opened they would take it back and refund my money ($899.97). I took pictures of the heater as received and emailed it to customer service. They said they would accept a return and gave me an RMA. I then shipped it back. Heard nothing so I called to confirm they had received it which they agreed they did and that it was not damaged. Customer Service (not) said I should expect my refund in 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks I called back and was told it would be handled that day. It was not. I called back 2 days later (giving them the benefit of the doubt) as it was still not handled. Customer Service said that "Sean" was the only one that could Authorize the return of the money and they would contact him (it must be "Sean" that gave the RMA then, right?). Still no refund. I asked for "Sean's" number which they gave me, spoke to Sean and he said it would be handled that day as he had been too busy. Still no refund even though they confirmed (as did UPS) that they had the heater. I finally queried the charge thru my Credit Card Company and received my refund. What a waste of time.

Absolutely the worst professional decision I made trying to purchase my soemthings from this poolinc.com I was kinda in a rush to get it an get it done before the forth of July talked to who ever an they garranteeed me it would be here within 2-5 business an I said ok sweet no problem that give me time to put it in my planner an get it taken care of before the 4th here we are 13 days later STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my product so I had to do what I had to do an go on the hunt to find my stuff I got before the 4th an now I’m just tryin to get a refund off the 800+ dollars I spent on this website an all they want to tell is they can’t cancel my order it to late an I was like ya it’s to lake a whole 5+ days late to the point I don’t want it I just want my money an they tell me they’re a nothing they can do but I can send back the paint that I never received an they will get me my money back absolutely the worst experience ever not to mention the chick I talked to on the customer service line was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to an would literally just hang up on me without giving me any information she would just be like “ok bye” an hang out up middle of conversation absolutely would not use this website

Pool party miracles
4 years ago we ordered our inground pool liner from a different company a month prior to our daughters birthday party. I reached out to the company several times and no reply. About a week and a half before her party, the company responded that the delivery would take 2 additional weeks. I was looking at other pool liner companies to see if anyone would be able to deliver the liner before her party. Larry Weinberg from Poolsinc responded promptly and was able to work some miracles and get our liner 2 days before her party. This year we had to replace our liner after my sisters dog jumped in and tore it trying to get out. I reached out to Larry again in hopes that he was still with the company. I ordered my liner June 18th on a Saturday and just got it delivered June 22nd!! I didn’t think that it would even be possible to get it manufactured and shipped to me so fast!!! Thank you Larry so much!! You have made 2 bday party miracles happen!
