Brilliant from start to finish, I had a phonecall in the morning from Tyler letting me know what time to expect him and just checking if that was okay, he was really friendly when arriving and did an amazing job laying the flooring, he was really understanding half way through as I had an unexpected builder turn up to change a door handle for me right in the way of where Tyler needed to lay the floor, but he was so lovely and understanding about it and carried on straight after. Fantastic finish at the end, it looks really lovely! I do feel really bad though because in the time he was here I didn't once offer him a cuppa, which now I think about it I feel so rude because he was genuinely such a lovely guy. If i could i give more than 5 stars! Chuffed!

So after reading the reviews I was so nervous finding out the product I'd brought was being delt with through p2g, my anxiety was through the roof, for about 4 days there was no update on the tracking, however i soon found out after speaking with the helpful CS team this was only because the seller had passed my details over with the company but not yet scanned my parcel through with the courier company, but once my parcel was scanned it took 24 hours to update and then it was a 36 hour turn around for the delivery, both the seller and the live chat customer service team for p2g were really helpful when I voiced my concerns, my delivery came in mint condition.
Just remember, people are quick to leave a bad review when something isn't right but rarely leave a good review when it follows through, so don't stress too much about these reviews.

At first I was a little nervous as I'd never heard of this company before, but honestly I don't know why I was even worried, this is a brilliant site, the customer service is amazing, great prices, great products, over all had a really good experience!
