DO NOT USE

Would award minus stars if possible.
Parcel hasn't arrived two weeks after it should have. Tracker shows alleged unsuccessful delivery attempts by Hermes on two dates but these did not take place.
Since 15th January 2021 it has shown 'delayed', no explanation and no subsequent update.
No response to all my efforts to make contact.

They have a place

They have a place, especially in the current situation, but I have a small appetite and found them ridiculously tiny at £3 each! I ordered because I couldn't get a supermarket delivery and I'm elderly, live alone and don't drive. Not all of their recipients would be able to supplement them with other veg. I shan't order again. Also unimpressed with incorrect delivery info
