Ordered water filter.

Ordered water filter.
Took a few weeks before I had to chase them.They advised that their carrier had changed.Waited another few weeks for it to be delivered after I had to chase.
Received in good cardboard box via Yodel.
No spare replacement cartridges in box.
They advised they do ot supply them !?

Smooth procedure Parking from entering terminal…

Smooth procedure from entering terminal to boarding aircraft.
Parking only problem.Signage for Smart Parking dwarfed by alternative parking .Early in the morning easy to end up in wrong park and be charged extra £16 on exit.?.? Be wary.

Diabolical hidden behind AI

After complaints from my customer they had not received item I queried with company and after lengthy ,vague responses it transpired that the delivery van had been broken into and contents dissapeard.
Although item was sent via Yodel direct we were refered to P2G.As we didn't have a P2G reference number we have reached a unhelpful response.Customer is out of pocket £30 .I am out of pocket for the posting fee !

Their system is ok when things are…

Their system is ok when things are going well.
I had a problem that took 2 days to rectify.Incorrectly addressed when entering postcode. As there is no facilty to speak to a human being it is a very heavy weight process. After supplying a lot of detail of the transaction as requested I finally had notice that my fees would be reimbused.Again another issue where van conentts were stolen and P2G -Yodel kicking responsibility back and forth with no redress for £33 item lost.

Requested if gauge could be…

Requested if gauge could be replaced.Advised it was and one would be despatched. Received within a week with instructions on how to remove the old one.
All free of charge. Excellent service. The original lid did suffer some scratches in the process however.
