Ive just rated you 1 start just because there is no option for zero stars.
I placed an order and only after two hours has passed when I decide to place a query, I was told the online store is close and will only be getting my order tomorrow while my off day is today 🤷♀️, tell my how that makes sense and yet again when canceling my order I have to wait 5 working days to get my refund. Ull never getting my business again and will make sure to spread your incompetence in all platforms 😡

Over 3 hours for a delivery, with zero correspondence from them. I'm writting this because its one of many instances that this has happened. Uber is far better.

Pick n pay order - missing items
I ordered from pick n pay, some items were missing. I wrote to them and guess what?! I was told to go to the store and lodge my complain there, how possible is this? I ordered online for a damn reason and again who will be paying for my travel expenses to and from the store? Me? I want my refund.. This is unacceptable and boring, we can't be treated this way.

Well this is the only way I can get hold of you currently. A certain Spur steak ranch tried to put you in the line of fire about your prices, and tried to blacken your name. When I was actually complaining to them about THEIR lack of options, and the outlandish sides they add to increase their menu prices. The drivers is very unprofessional the driver refused to drive a block further to drop off food at the address provided resulting in me walking the block to collect my food and then he proceeded to be rude regarding the delivery, today my food was only delivered after one and a half hours after receiving the notification that he is on his way he proceeded to stay at the restaurant for 20 minutes before driving to deliver my food upon arrival i asked him to please read the instructions as the delivery was for my husband after 10 minutes he messaged me stating that he is still waiting outside but the instructions clearly states he needs to go to the reception and ask for my husband I really think they should employ people that want to work I will personally not recommend Mr D to anyone and I won't be using them again I will also state my opinion to anyone wanting to use this service

This Is the third or fourth time that this is happening they accept my orders and then they don't want to deliver my food telling me to walk to come fetch it if I had a car do you think I would be using this app useless app really I wouldn't recommend Mr delivery to no one. I had one of the worst customer service experiences today with my Pick n Pay order through Mr Delivery. I waited nearly four hours for my order, only to have it cancelled without any proper communication or explanation.
Delays can happen and things go wrong, and I understand that. But what truly matters is how those delays are managed. In this case, the situation was handled very poorly. There was no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve lost trust in both Pick n Pay and Mr D, and I will not be using their services again.
Loyal customers deserve better.

They don't even deserve one star. And worst is you can complain as absolutely nothing will happen. They can even accuse you of repetitive reviewing on the app yet I have multiple pictures as proof. Delete the app and use Uber Eats. All I can say. Non existent service and rude.

After 4pm on a SUNDAY!, but apparently all the agents are busy. It must be a team of max 3 people or something.
