Take Nando’s off your list of restaurant options!!! Have been waiting for our delivery for 1.5 hours now. They are NEVER on time with their food, even when we order directly at one of their locations. Pathetic.
Review of Priority Pass
Experienced both the Cape Town and Zürich lounges. Services at each airport was just “okay,” and both lounges need a good refurb/upgrade desperately. Food was nothing special. Was shocked that guests had to exit the Zürich lounge to access the bathrooms.

Your feedback helps the staff understand the need and will be shared with them to look into. The lounge doesn't have restrooms available, so guests would need to use the airport.
