I had one of the worst customer service experiences today with my Pick n Pay order through Mr Delivery. I waited nearly four hours for my order, only to have it cancelled without any proper communication or explanation.
Delays can happen and things go wrong, and I understand that. But what truly matters is how those delays are managed. In this case, the situation was handled very poorly. There was no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve lost trust in both Pick n Pay and Mr D, and I will not be using their services again.
Loyal customers deserve better.
