I arrived at the airport around 9:30 pm to pick up the car I had booked in advance. Since I had forgotten my driving licence, I asked the local rental company to change the driver to my partner (who was present and had a valid licence). They told me that only Logitravel could make this change.
I immediately contacted Logitravel’s “24h support” via chat, explained the urgency, but received no help. The ticket was closed without a solution, and I only got a reply at 7 am the next morning — far too late.
As a result, I was left without transport, at risk of spending around €200 on taxis to and from the hotel, and ended up having to rent another car from a different agency, incurring additional and unnecessary costs.
This situation could have been easily resolved by changing the driver’s name. The lack of timely support showed poor flexibility and a “24h service” that, in practice, does not work.
I do not recommend Logitravel. My experience showed a lack of responsibility and no support when the customer needs it most.

Estamos viajando a Laponia, Islas Lofoten y Cabo Norte. El 90% del tiempo lo pasamos dentro del autobús, con paradas muy breves que no permiten conocer ni disfrutar de los lugares. Un viaje mal planificado. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
We are traveling to Lapland, the Lofoten Islands, and the North Cape. We spend 90% of the time on the bus, with very short stops that do not allow you to explore or enjoy the places. An expensive and poorly planned trip. I do not recommend it at all.

Logitravel do not got your back.
We booked a flight with hotel and car, at flight time we discovered that we were not at the flight passenger list.
We tried to call logitravel but they were only working with email support, no one to answer no one to solve the issue.
They responded after 10h with a new flight.
Bottom line we lost two days travel and did not received a refund. Worst service ever

The reservation was made a year ago to travel in July 2022.
So in April 2023 We got a little refund. One night. (they did not booked the flight and returned us, after all this trouble, only the one night at the hotel.)
Be careful with this type of company's with poor support. It's better to pay a little more and have proper support and cooperation.

I booked a trip with logitravel.
Two working days from travel I have received:
No information
No tickets
No vouchers
No insurance certificate.
I spent 2 hours trying to phone today. Got cut off four times and was finally connected to an assistent who hung up on me when she thought my problem was with a different department.
The site simply says that my reservation has no information (although sent me a receipt for the payment!).
Like low-cost airlines there is no complaints procedure.
You're on your own.
Finally got the docs. But the name on my airline ticket is someone else's!
Trying to call them but no-one picks up.
Update: got a new reservation for my flight (my wife is still on the old reservtion with a complete stranger).
Whoever at Logitravel did this forgot to confirm my Priority booking that I paid for. So Wizz is asking me to pay again.
Can't these people get anything right?
Dealing with Logitravel is stressful to the extreme.

Receiving the payment receipt and the trip cancellation voucher on the same day can only happen due to lack of shame.
A serious company would immediately make the refund
