This company is a joke, they overbook so you’ll risk waiting for the next bus even if you bought for a specific hour. This happened in Malpensa
Edit: “ It must however be said that the online booking only gives boarding priority (provided that passengers are at the bus stop at least 15 minutes prior the bus departure time) and that seats are not numbered or assigned.” I did all of this so your reply is pointless. You filled your bus on terminal 1 and had no space for me on terminal 2. No excuses.
