Promised deliveries, let down again and again.
Try to get refunds and they say...when goods turn up, reject deliveries and then we will refund.

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM LIDL MALTA

Bought a power tool without battery and for 3 months this battery *12v* was never available in MALTA lidl outlets. When requesting customer service support I was directed to various lidl outlets in italy and germany (grizzly) who could not ship batteries over to malta - NEVER AGAIN LIDL MALTA will see me buying any power tools

Store did not know how to get me onto LIDL plus. Not for American phone. Bought Bergner Cappuccino machine any Euro 69. It made 1 good Cappuccino then stopped working forever. POS and not the good one.

Terrible after sales service. Non-existent.

Selling out of date items, orange cookies, bought 13/09/2024 sell by date 01/09/2024, almost 2 weeks out of date

I usually like Lidl and his team member.Last week went to Lidl in Rho center and I have forgot some bags in the car.Went to the car and left my husband with my daughter in the shop.The shop assistant started to scan the items after I left the shop.I took 5 minutes to came back in the shop while my husband was waiting for me .My husband was very embarrassed as the shop assistant was making him feel very uncomfortable because didn’t pay .I have the wallet so he was waiting for me to come back.My husband told me that her customer service was very poor and during this 5 minutes the lady handle the situation with a terrible lack of manner and probably lack of training .
I must say that most of the staff that I usually meet is very caring and friendly but in other hands the management part look a bit frustrated.
