None of the usual keyboard shortcuts work on this site, such as pressing escape to go back to a product to page after you have viewed an image in detail. Making any changes to your shopping basket is extremely laggy even on a fast computer. I've written countless emails giving them feedback on how to improve their site but they simply cannot be bothered. Not very surprising given the general state of affairs of internet e-commerce in Italy but still remarkably incompetent.

It is not unheard of to buy non alcoholic beverages, so when I asked a woman stacking shelves if they stocked any she told me to buy fruit juice. Her sarcasm only showed her ignorance and nasty trait. She was unkind and unhelpful, there was no need for rudeness! Store in Emilia Ponent

My wife has breast cancer and the day before going into hospital had bought a soft bra at Esselunga. When she opened it just before being admitted the bra inside was a completely different size to that marked on the box. I took it back from the hospital to customer services at Marlia, who were very brusque and said they could not help. No expression of sympathy was offered, just company policy.

I fully agree that the level of esselunga is going down very fast , specially after the dead of owner caprotti.
My wife goes to Esselunga Porcari for years and now she going more and more to Ipercoop near Montecatini , fresher , nice and better staff. We bought something , never used , wrong size and they refused to take it back (€22,50 on a € 450 ) I complaint , send email , send fax end may and after 2,5 weeks , not even a cfmtion of NOTHING totally silance. They just lost a client.
