VERY BAD SERVICE FROM LIDL MALTA
Bought a power tool without battery and for 3 months this battery *12v* was never available in MALTA lidl outlets. When requesting customer service support I was directed to various lidl outlets in italy and germany (grizzly) who could not ship batteries over to malta - NEVER AGAIN LIDL MALTA will see me buying any power tools

THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY THE ALIEXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE - THANK YOU FOR NOT IGNORING MY COMPLAINT
This supplier wasted time to refund me the money and weeks passed - now Aliexpress customer service are refusing to take any actions against this supplier - ridiculous. Be careful what you buy as most high value products are NOT PROTECTED and cannot be refunded
