I ordered a bouquet for my husband's…

I ordered a bouquet for my husband's birthday in Australia. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday, August 23, 2025, but I realized I had entered a slightly incorrect postal code. I've emailed the company multiple times to share the correct address, but I've yet to receive a reply. Even though I entered both my husband's and my phone number and email address when placing the order, I haven't received any notification that the delivery couldn't be made because the address was incorrect. I'm now wondering where the bouquet is and what happened to the money I paid.

Please update me on my order. #250723795158999 My flowers never arrived and I haven't received a refund. I hope they can help.

They don't reply at all
