3 hours late and cold food

I had ordered food, the delivery time kept increasing and increasing. the uk app did not give me an option to cancel my order. I eventually went to the restaurant to see if i could collect, this was not possible, the restaurant told me that it was likely the order would automatically be cancelled as it had passed two hours. so i had to order food while i was there. eventually the app showed that the food was on its way, i had to get a refund for the food i had ordered in store, got home to the delivery which was now almost 3 hours late, arrived absolutely freezing.
several emails back and forth with Just eat, they offered me just over £4 credit for an order of food over £40! i demanded this be escalated to a manager which it was and still nothing was done, they just told me that if i email again nothing would be done! this was all over email, no number to call or live chat. Absolutely shocking customer care, i still cant believe that they can get away with delivering food 3 hours late and freezing cold and not edible. never ever using them again!

Absolutely shocking!!

Absolutely shocking!!!
Paid for my items, only received 1 of 3- could not communicate with PlayStation - only live chat which was useless - took my money over a month ago, nearly £100 - have not seen my items have not received my goods! Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. People purchase in good faith from a legit website and this is how they are treated - I will NEVER buy from them again! Shocking!

All went smoothly

I ordered some flowers to be sent abroad to my grandmother, i placed the order, then read some of the reviews on Trustpilot and immediately worried that something would go wrong. However in less than 24 hours of placing my order a delivery was made and the flowers were lovely. I even went on a live chat with them in the morning to make sure the order was in hand and they explained that they would liaise with the florist. i am a very happy customer and this is not a fake review. i hope whoever uses this website has as decent a service as i did.

I wish i had checked the reviews on…

I wish i had checked the reviews on this company before ordering my items in December!
I still have not received one of the 3 items and they have taken my money for it too! i have sent countless emails to only receiving one response in Jan telling me items are sent when in stock. I have chased via email for my purchase and have had no response! its been nearly 2 months since i placed my order!
i hope others read this before ordering from here, they should not be allowed to run this company, they have in effect stolen my money!
