This is the worst store I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. I ordered shopping online for between 7am-8am on the 19th September. My husband had a voicemail at 7am to say they had nobody coming this way until 2pm. At 4pm another voicemail to say there's no van coming this way at all. I called them to see what was going on and when I was put through to the actual store the man on the phone said I could cancel or collect. I am unable to collect so he said he would cancel it. 4 hours later I rang again as it still wasn't cancelled. They said this time they would have it cancelled within 1-2 hours. Woke up this morning to the app saying the order was delivered which it was not! Called again and they confirmed it was marked as delivered by the Bideford store when we have not received it! So now I've had to put in a "refund request" and have to go through a process as if I'm lying! All the while being down nearly £120 with no shopping to show for it. I honestly feel sick to my stomach I will never ever use Asda for shopping delivery again and I advise others to do the same if you want to actual receive your shopping or a refund when it doest arrive.

Fantastic store. Myself and my husband have bought from them many times and the only time I've ever had an issue it was resolved quickly by emailing them. Will continue to buy as it's all been very well made and is so comfortable! Thank you :)

Ordered from 3 places for Xmas presents on black Friday and Impericon are the only ones who came through in a timely manner. While the other 2 companies haven't even dispatched yet I've received my Impericon order already in a matter of days. The item is absolutely gorgeous and so well made. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much :)

Had my delivery today, fantastic quality vegetables, will definitely be making my deliveries a weekly occurrence. 2 days before delivery a lovely gentleman called to explain my delivery and informed me of the app (which is much easier to use for ordering) and I was also told the deliveries may be very early in the morning and if so they will leave in a safe place of my choosing. They even have recipes and cooking instructions so that you can use any vegetables that you're not familiar with or don't know what to make with it. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Had our Christmas shop delivered yesterday and considering it was a nearly £600 family shop nearly all of it was in stock apart from a few insignificant bits that were substituted with appropriately. I shop at waitrose often and it is definitely the best supermarket I've shopped at by a long mile. Their delivery drivers are also always polite and friendly. Thank you for lowering the stress of Christmas this year!

Recently had to make a complaint as my actual mail didn't show up for nearly 2 weeks. They said there were staff shortages. Now they have lost my parcel for over a week "in transit" and there are no ways of getting in touch with them apart from writing. Who am I supposed to send it with if I send it in writing? It's not like it's ever going to arrive! I use to get worried when something was being delivered by Evri/Hermes but now it's "delivery will be via Royal Mail" that makes me sick with worry.

Absolute worst delivery service. We only order from Morrisons when we can't get anywhere else because we've ordered 4-5 times now and every time the order has either been hours late or hasn't showed up at all. Had no choice but to order from them for delivery early this morning which didn't show up and now I am sat on hold to their ridiculous excuse for customer service with nobody having answered the phone yet and I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes. I will never EVER order from Morrisons again I would rather walk miles to the closest costcutter and pay double the price than use Morrisons. Also I would like to insert that their substitutes are utterly ridiculous and you will always get a long list of unavailable items. Useless.

Great online store (haven't had the pleasure of going to the actual store as I live too far away.) My husband has bought from them previously and it arrived in great condition and on time, so I've pre-ordered some things from them and can't wait for them to arrive. Also I messaged them and they were nice enough to reply to my query. The bad reviews for them putting a few extra quid on highly sought after items is shocking. If the price isn't worth it to you then move on, in a few months the price will sky rocket on these items anyway so paying a small percentage extra now for them is worth it in my opinion. If it isn't worth it to you, rather than leaving bad reviews on a trusted store, people should try and find the items elsewhere (which by the way is next to impossible so good luck with that.)
