Without doubt the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I got redirected to their site which I thought was Ryanair. I paid for return flights. They contacted me to say one way was unavailable and i'd need to book another which I stupidly did as it was an important family trip. They said they would refund me. Then they tried to alter date of the flight. I had to hound them daily with emails always receiving a generic response. They eventually refunded part of my money but I am still out of pocket and they refuse to refund me the rest. Judging from the mainly negative reviews on here I am not the only unsatisfied customer. Please don't use them and check you don't get fooled like I did.

I have used Uber a few times in the past and had no problems. I needed to use them to get into London while the trains and tubes weren't running last week. I paid around £40 for the outward journey, all good. The return journey was a disaster, the driver couldn't find us and we eventually found him after about 20 minutes. We asked to add an extra drop off point which was 5 minutes from original address. I expected there to be a higher charge but ended up being charged over £100 for the trip. When I questioned this the next day after reviewing my booking, I was told I would've been made aware of this charge when I added the second stop off to our booking, I was not made aware. I found the customer service unhelpful and unsympathetic. I will not use any of Ubers services again, I will spend my hard earned cash with a better provider.

Well made, unique jewellery. I ordered a personalised necklace and bracelet which were engraved beautifully. I'm always checking the website to see which new pieces have been added. Highly recommended.
