LIFE IS SHORT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Ordered a manifold replacement and its been processing for two weeks and still hasnt shipped. You cant call them and talk to a person and the email form doesnt submit. Zero customer service. Could be a scam 100%
Update: They replied below but still zero response to my emails asking to cancel my order. No where on their site can you cancel your order so I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Such a hassle. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

What a deplorable way to handle customer service. Respond to me 4 years later with a generic excuse. I’m glad I’ve taken my business else where. I’m sure many here follow suit. Edit*** after going back to 2021 email I recall now what happened. First of all these people are liars just to make themselves look like they care or did their due diligence. I never purchased anything in 2019 as they claim. I made a purchase from their site in 2021 for items that were NOT marked as unavailable or back ordered…they allowed me to make the purchase and after they took my money notified me via email that the products I purchased were on back order. I asked for my refund and I got it. I left a negative review because they were quick to take my money but took their sweet time to give it back after I decided not to wait for 3 months for something I can just buy from another site which I did. From the growers house, they don’t put up items they don’t have in stock. What a novel idea. Horticulture Source needs to do a better job with public relations if they want to be successful.

Great company, was hesitant at first
I ordered a large amount of pots, saucers and elevators. They shipped my order immediately, the freight shipment came in 3 days later. Not a single item damaged. I was really nervous about ordering from them, but now they have a repeat customer. Glad I used them over the competition and saved hundreds of dollars.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Took several weeks to receive my order both times I’ve used the site. Was charged extra for shipping beyond the price at checkout a week after purchase. Then was told the item I wanted was out of stock and the only replacement cost triple what the original item I purchased cost

damaged goods, no replacement or refund after 2 months

I wish I could put 0 stars as the other person has said. I would’ve loved to purchase some Gaia green all purpose fertilizer except I literally can’t even get to the product because the website is so horrible. I mean the website is just downright dogsh!t. Won’t load for sh!t, the pages go on FOREVER, won’t let you get to certain aspects on the website, it’s just all in all bad. And according to the other reviews, when you are able to actually find something and purchase it, half the time it isn’t even what it is supposed to be. Don’t associate yourself with the company whatsoever.

Overcharging on shipping and still didn't get the right item!!! when it got here
Just like most I would give this company a zero if possible, had a 300 w heater go out needed a new one ASAP fish in a outdoor workshop. Found a 300 w aqua heat titanium heater for 35 bucks which was decent when I hit the pay button I realized it's charging me $30 for shipping phone just one 2 lb heater...with the pumps
included it was over $40 their website is a complete joke I haven't been able to contact customer service to inform me they sent me the (WRONG PRODUCT) after spending almost $60 for $35 heater......I tried their automated reply system and it wanted to charge me another $5 just to check on my order after spending 30 minutes putting in all my information, I have a hemp farm and spent a lot a lot of money in 2019 through 22 and if I don't get this resolved quickly I'm will never use them again... This is a prime example why Amazon has taken over!!! I was really hoping I didn't have to use them again... but I will not be back here

I would give this company a zero star review, but I had to highlight a star to review.
This company is HORRIBLE.
The only way to comunicate with them is email, no customer service on the phone, I can see why now :( . I attempted to purchase this on a sunday.
I attempted to order online two metal 2'x4' grow bed stands. I recieved an email stating my order failed (unknown reason indicating why) I figured I imputed something incorrectly. I tried again and recieved another order failed email. Later that evening I noticed two payments pending for the ammounts of the now 4 items (I used paypal for payments). I called paypal and had a dispute on the charges due to getting failed conformation emails. On the next day (Monday) The company emailed me saying that I should stop the paypal dispute if I wanted to get my refund.
I emailed the company telling them why am I getting charged for two separate identically ammounts. Not according to their system to them they were active orders. I emailed snippets of my email confirmation receipts indicating that they failed and no other emails indicating order fulfillment. Back and forth we went. (Long exchanges about not being able to cancel any of the orders after they were sent to their vender and I should just refuse delivery if they arrive and so forth and so on) Evidently they are able to cancel orders. Finally paypal notified me they have recieved 90% of the refund. I was also emailed saying there is a 10% cancellation fee in their term and conditions, this even applies if you are given twice a failed order confirmation email right after you try and order.
This is why Horticulture Source is a HORRIBLE company and I will NEVER conduct business with.
