Overcharging on shipping and still didn't get the right item!!! when it got here

Just like most I would give this company a zero if possible, had a 300 w heater go out needed a new one ASAP fish in a outdoor workshop. Found a 300 w aqua heat titanium heater for 35 bucks which was decent when I hit the pay button I realized it's charging me $30 for shipping phone just one 2 lb heater...with the pumps
included it was over $40 their website is a complete joke I haven't been able to contact customer service to inform me they sent me the (WRONG PRODUCT) after spending almost $60 for $35 heater......I tried their automated reply system and it wanted to charge me another $5 just to check on my order after spending 30 minutes putting in all my information, I have a hemp farm and spent a lot a lot of money in 2019 through 22 and if I don't get this resolved quickly I'm will never use them again... This is a prime example why Amazon has taken over!!! I was really hoping I didn't have to use them again... but I will not be back here
