Transparent and Helpful

I was very pleased with the personal, actual human contact provided by Gainbridge in the setting up of my 5 year Annuity.

I reduced the rating to 4 Stars due to a rather slow Direct Trustee to Trustee transfer of funds from my Fidelity IRA to my new Gainbridge IRA Annuity Rollover.

All in all, the process has been transparent and the emphasis has been to provide an excellent customer service job.
