I only have one disagreement with your policies. You should better explain that the annuity will be funded immediately unless you state funding by check. You should have a link to make a ACH payment.

You made the process and the transfer of funds painless. I called to ask a question before I invested and I talked with someone that I had no trouble understanding and who was knowledgable.

The application process was smooth & does not require help. But you should remember that the day payment goes out, you get the interest rate as of that day and not the day you start the application.

Staff by phone or email pretty solid and mostly responsive in a reasonable amount of time over the course of a month and a half preparation to lock in my rate and time funding to it’s expiation etc
